PER GLI OSPITI DELLA CROCIERA: Vi incontrerete nel centro di Progreso. Una volta sbarcati dalla nave, dirigetevi direttamente all'area navetta Auto Progreso FREE e salite a bordo della navetta FREE. La navetta effettuerà due fermate: 1. La prima fermata è il terminal degli autobus Auto Progreso, situato in centro sulla strada 77, tra le strade 80 e 82. La seconda tappa è la Mercatino dell'artigianato, situato in Street 78, tra Streets 75 e 71. Non importa a quale località scendi, il rappresentante di SHORE EXCURSIONS MEXICO ti aspetterà. Gli unici autorizzati a salutare gli ospiti e garantire il servizio sono Jose Arenas, Cristobal Figueroa, Bianca Crisanty e Sallie Againts-Hirst. PER GLI OSPITI DELL'HOTEL: incontrerai il rappresentante locale di escursioni a terra in Messico nella hall del tuo hotel.

It was amazing and I’d do it all over again, just not this company. It wasn’t mentioned it was 2 hours each way, our driver who was very nice but late, we had less than an hour here. Never got the “all inclusive” package no lunch or drinks - we didn’t even get to see the last Cenotes! Not worth the 198.00 per person ! I would be happy to update this review if someone reached out to discuss the dissatisfaction because I know I am not the only one!
The cenotes were great, our grandchildren ages 6 and 9 clearly state the best day yet in Progreso. Picked up at our Airbnb, just outside of down town Progreso. It was nice having just our group on the van. The reason for the 4 stars is the van ride was hot and uncomfortable due to very underperforming air conditioning. It was not stated anywhere the van would be air conditioned, we just assumed it would be so that is on us. It was 95 out on the day of our excursion. Antonio our tour guide, guided us through the cenote tour, made sure we got to our lunch and where we needed to be. We would do the excursion again. Good communication with tour company. My one suggestion would be, if you can schedule on a day when cruise ships are not in town, do it. Much less crowded in cenotes.
