La cappella fu ispirata e commissionata dal proprietario e scultore locale Marguerite Brunswig Staude, che nel 1932 era stato ispirato dal nuovo Empire State Building per costruire una simile chiesa. The private tour was well worth the additional cost. Miguel did a great job of explaining the history of the Sedona area. He added information about all of the different activities that are available in the area, along with restaurant recommendations. Made our trip to Sedona a much better experience.

We booked a private tour and our guide Lisa was wonderful. She provided a customized tour of key sites - Chapel of the Holy Cross, Airport Vista Overlook, Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, Red Rock State Park and Scenic Loop. She shared both the geological history of how these formations came to be and the history of the people who lived in and visited Sedona as well as other nearby areas. Would definitely recommend!

We booked this tour on-line while visiting Arizona for the first time, unsure if it was wise. It turned out it was the best decision we made. Our tour guide Bob, arrived early and welcomed us with a smile. His wealth of information is incomparable and Bob happily gives advice on every aspect of Arizona. After spending a few short hours with "our" Bob we consider him family and booked our next tour of the Grand Canyon with him!! Highly highly recommend!!
