(L'orario è flessibile) Tempio di Ngoc Son, lago di Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, Vietnam Situato su una piccola isola nel tranquillo lago Hoan Kiem, il tempio di Ngoc Son è uno dei siti culturali più visitati di Hanoi. Collegato alla riva del lago dall'iconico ponte di legno rosso The Huc, il tempio onora il generale Tran Hung Dao e altri studiosi ed eroi nazionali. Il suo ambiente sereno, il significato storico e l'architettura tradizionale lo rendono un luogo perfetto per esplorare il patrimonio spirituale e intellettuale del Vietnam.

La prima destinazione del tour si fermerà sul lago Hoan Kiem, considerato il cuore di Hanoi. Puoi osservare molte attività locali interessanti come giocare a badminton, fare esercizi.
(L'orario è flessibile) Temple of Literature & National University è stato originariamente costruito come università nel 1070 dedicato a Confucio, studiosi e saggi, l'edificio è estremamente ben conservato ed è un superbo esempio di architettura vietnamita in stile tradizionale. Visitando il Tempio della Letteratura scoprirete edifici storici delle dinastie Ly e Tran in un luogo venerato che ha visto migliaia di dottori laureati in quello che ora è diventato un memoriale per l'istruzione e la letteratura.
(L'orario è flessibile) La prigione di Hoa Lo ironicamente soprannominata "Hanoi Hilton" dai prigionieri di guerra statunitensi durante la guerra americana. La maggior parte delle mostre riguarda l'uso della prigione fino alla metà degli anni '50, concentrandosi sulla lotta vietnamita per l'indipendenza dalla Francia.

I honestly love the nonprofit and everything it stands for but keep in mind these tour guides are students and volunteers that want to practice English and meet foreigners. First of all, you’re responsible for all the transportation costs and ticket costs. The people who give the tour are more veteran but there were two students that also tagged along which was confusing because then we had to get transportation for them and pay for their tickets. They were super sweet and tried really hard but I would have appreciated a little more transparency about the cost and how many people were coming when I booked the tour. The tour guide did try his best to go to all the places I wanted to see. He worked her to get it all in a tight timeline, but it felt chaotic with 3 guides. The three took turns giving information about different landmarks and tales. It was decent but felt like rehearsal for them and that’s not exactly the type of walking tour I’m used to. Usually the guides are seasoned but work for tips. I could have misunderstood this entirely but there could be small changes that make this more engaging!
Had a tour with Henry and Thái today. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Tailored our tour based on what we requested. Ended up in a nice hidden coffee place. Highly recommended.
We started with a chat about what we wanted to see and then set off for the first spot. Kent and Hong had excellent English and kept us engaged the whole time with historical facts and answering my families questions. We stopped and grabbed coffee and lunch when we needed to and adapted the itinerary to meet our needs. Don’t miss this when you visit Hanoi and real opportunity to understand the city and sites on a personal level.
Excellent tour with really nice, informed, respectful tour guides. The tours covers a lot of ground and is very reasonably priced. It gve us a great introduction to Hanoi and we would highly recommend this tour

Hung did a great job! He customized the tour by taking me to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, and the Hoa Lo Prison. He told me the history and stories at each place. The tour was about 3 hours long and we stopped briefly for a sugar cane drink. Pick up and drop off at my hotel. It was a great experience!

Fantastic! Went on a solo guided tour with destinations in mind and had Henry as my guide - we went to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Temple of Literature, and a local coffee shop in Old Quarter. Chatted about different cultures & Henry was very friendly. Very informative and funny guide, would highly recommend!
