Al-Muizz li-Din Allah al-Fatimi Street o al-Muizz Street in breve, è un'importante strada da nord a sud nella città fortificata del Cairo storico, in Egitto. Fondato come centro commerciale in epoca mamelucca e chiamato così per uno dei suoi numerosi caravanserragli storici, il quartiere del bazar è diventato da allora una delle principali attrazioni del Cairo sia per i turisti che per gli egiziani. Ospita anche molti artigiani e laboratori egiziani coinvolti nella produzione di artigianato tradizionale e souvenir. Il nome Khan el-Khalili storicamente si riferiva ad un singolo edificio della zona; oggi si riferisce all'intero quartiere dello shopping.

This was part of our 10days tour in Egypt so we had experience with 4 different guides and we had Zizou for this specific day tour and he’s by far the best guide for the whole trip for us - we realised how important it is to have a great guide and how different the experience could end up with a different guide. Zizou is well organised, enthusiastic and passionate which made our day much more interesting and exciting. He is incredibly knowledgeable and fantastic at making the history interesting, and he paced and organised our day perfectly so we didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. He is also a great photographer if you like pictures! We’re very happy with the tour and would highly recommend Zizou to anyone traveling in Cairo!

It's a fantastic scene with a strong Arabic atmosphere, an old café, Zizou's accompaniment and instructions, so the whole shopping trip is fruitful! We strongly recommend accompanying guides to visit this market!

My first day in Cairo, I chose this tour in the morning. Enas and her driver pick me up at my hotel promptly @ 4pm. Her driver was a pro at negotiating thru the harry Cairo traffic. Since this was a 4pm tour I got to view Cairo during daylight and the beautiful night lights of my tour. Enas is a lovely tour guide and very personable. I give her 5 stars as my tour was very enjoyable and learnt a lot about Cairo from her. I highly recommend Enas and this tour
