I initially got rebooked and imagine that it was sad that I missed a day in traveling to Bali. But Bali Sun Tours was very accommodating with my requests. I had a great experience with our Bali driver Pak Gun. He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the local area. He gave helpful recommendations for food and attractions. The car was clean and comfortable, and he drove safely throughout the trip (good temper). Communication was smooth, and he was flexible with our schedule, making the whole journey stress-free.
