Before booking for airport assistance, I have write them and ask all my questions, they have confirmed someone will have my name and wait for me right after arrival and fast track included. However , when I have reached no one was there , mobile phone was not answering after 15 min. Someone shouting my name from far . Without any uniform, or name card . They fast track never provided. And representative was on the phone all time and even left us for few min to do some personal job. I asked someone to help with luggage he said no need and we had to carry all heavy with little help of him. It was terrible experience. He told me as they gurantee fast track and didn’t provide we have to request refund. But when I contacted them the company acknowledged that service has gurantee by his agent and didn’t provide but refused to refund. They are totally scammers and don’t waste your money and time .
