il cliente viene contattato tramite messaggi chiamate o mail se non fossero disponibili i precedenti e verrà atteso all'uscita del terminal con relativo cartello con il suo nome scritto...Tengo a precisare che teniamo sempre sotto controllo lo stato dei voli e relativi ritardi causati dal traffico aereo... il tempo di attesa sarà di un ora dall'atterraggio salvo vostra differente richiesta o del cliente. Per gli arrivi al porto di Civitavecchia non avendo modo di monitorare la nave siamo obbligati a farci prenotare dal cliente l'ora del pickup da lui gradito.

This pickup from the cruise port was seamless and easy. Well worth the money! Alessandro took us into Rome exactly where we needed to be.

We had a great experience with this private transfer service from Rome to the cruise port in Civitavecchia. Our drive was communicative prior to and on the day of the transfer service. He arrived early, was very pleasant, and drove us to our destination without event. There were no concerns and based on this experience, I would certainly recommend it.
Massimo was beyond amazing! He was courteous and on time with a wonderful sense of humor and such a love for his hometown of Rome! He made us feel like we were family who he wanted to share Rome with! As he drove he gave us the history of the monuments we passed. I had broken my toe the day prior so we couldn’t get to the Colosseum so he checked the time said we were going to make it back to the cruise ship on time and actually drove past it so we could see it! You will regret not booking with Romanicus! Cristiano made sure to correspond prior to the pick up, answered questions a in a timely manner even with the 6 hour difference and was professional while still having a sense of humor with Italian to English translations. (“Driver will be under the ship.” So I said, “I hope he’s not under the ship unless he’s scuba diving!”). 🤣
