Our family travel on two flights, each was significantly delayed due to Mount Etna eruptions (6h and 2h). We had arranged for a driver, Alessandro, to meet us off both flights. He waited for us, despite the long delays and was there when we arrived.

The transfer went perfectly. Alessandro was friendly and kept us updated all the way. We arrived on time for our flight.

He even helped us find an excellent local restaurant for lunch, which turned out to be one of our favorite meals of the trip. He helped us with all the luggage and even with the stroller for our youngest child, with great kindness. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable van for a large family. Calm and safe driving; we arrived in Taormina relaxed and stress-free. With three children in tow, it was truly the right choice compared to a bus or taxi. Highly recommended!
