• 14 : 00 Escursione a Medeo & Shymbulak La pista di ghiaccio Medeo situata sull'altezza di 1.691,2 metri sul livello del mare è conosciuta in tutto il mondo. È stato costruito nel 1972. La superficie del ghiaccio occupa 1 0 500 metri quadrati, che permette di condurre competizioni di pattinaggio, hockey e pattinaggio artistico. Il resort sciistico «Shymbulak» si trova nel pittoresco burrone di Zailiysky Alatau Montagna sull'altezza di 2260 metri sul livello del mare e a 25 chilometri dal centro della città di Almaty. We had a wonderful time. Everything was well taken care off and better than exception. All the important admission fees were covered in the package. Our trip was spread over 6 days and we visited Almaty, Shyamalan, Oil Quaragai Charyn Canyon & Lake Kolsai. The weather was perfect. It was cold but not unbearable. We saw a good amount of snow also. We were a group of 4. Me and my wife with 2 daughters. The driver-guide was very good. He was well-informed, his driving was excellent and his attitude was very friendly.
Miras is such wonderful guy. We are truly grateful to have him as a tour guide. From the start upto our last tour he was kind, patient and genuinely welcoming, making sure that we are always feel comfortable and well taken care of. He's always thoughtful and attentive and never rushed us. His calm presence, positivity and kindness made the trip feel relaxed and special, not just another tour. Thank you Miras for the genuine care and dedication . This almaty experience would not have been the same without you, and its something we will always remeber with gratitude. I am travelling with mother and my 4 years old nephew. The trip was very great and flexible with us. Mr.Miras who was our guide and driver. He is very generous to us especially with my nephew. My boy was very comfort with him around.
The driver was extremely respectful, kind, and very helpful throughout the entire trip. He assisted us with everything we needed and stayed with us until the very last moment at the airport. Truly professional, reliable, and made our experience much more comfortable. Highly recommended.

The whole tour was perfectly organised and we couldn’t have asked for much better than this. Our tour guide Mr. Miras was excellent! He is knowledgeable and very helpful. His expertise on planning a days trip is exceptional. In addition he was kind to help us shop, pick restaurants to eat the best food and also helping us with the language wherever needed. My family loved this entire trip and we would like to come again during summer!
Amazing trip, well planned and executed well.. Esp Alibek, our tour guide cum driver who has extensive knowledge of the locations, their history and relevance. I spent 5D4N in Almaty and it was honestly one of the best trips I’ve ever had. The weather was amazing, the scenic views were breathtaking, and everything felt so peaceful.
