Today we had the great pleasure of taking a wonderful trip to Bogada with Mahmoud as driver – starting time was 10:30, and from the first minute it was clear: It will be a relaxed, well-organized and very pleasant day. Mahmoud was extremely friendly, accommodating and immediately secured a place in our hearts through his calm, helpful nature. He not only accompanied us safely and comfortably through the day, but also always made sure that we felt comfortable, had enough time and our wishes were taken into account. Our tour included various stops: First we visited a perfumery, then we continued to the mall where we could shop extensively. It was especially nice that Mahmoud gave us complete freedom to choose shops ourselves and stop where we liked – without any time pressure. It was an individual tour, perfectly tailored to us. After the shopping part, cultural and scenic highlights were on the program: an impressive mosque and a picturesque port completed our trip ideally. Mahmoud not only took us safely to all these places, but also made sure we had plenty of time to explore and enjoy everywhere. His car was very clean and comfortable, the ride always pleasant. His local knowledge was also a big plus – he knew exactly how to structure the day optimally without it ever seeming rushed. Overall, it was a perfect combination of shopping, culture and relaxation – all thanks to Mahmoud’s professionalism, friendliness and pleasant manner. We can highly recommend him and would go back with him anytime. Thank you, Mahmoud – you made our day unforgettable!

Great trip, our companion Mustafa was very accommodating and led us exactly where we wanted to go. Besides, he clarified a lot for us and took care of us.

We went shopping in Hurghada on March 18th, 2024 and were picked up in Markadi Bay by the very nice driver Mahmoud, who was right on time. He asked us where we wanted to go and then looked for places where we could get everything we wanted. We got chatting and wanted to eat some authentic Egyptian food. Since it was Ramadan, we went to break the fast, where there were lots of people sitting around who we quickly struck up a conversation with, an experience we wouldn't have had otherwise.

We landed in Egypt the night before, so we thought it would be a good idea to book this short excursion just get to know the area. Mahmoud was a delight all throughout. He was very accommodating, kind, his English was really good and he was really funny. He took us to so many local spots that we never would of found on our own. Every-time we went to the shops he would wait for us patiently so there was no pressure on trying to hurry to make the next spot. He let me connect my phone to his car stereo and we listened and sang to music together along with my guests. The shops he took I too were very catered to tourists, but there were a few smaller ones that really were amazing, the hospitality was just unmatched, everyone was so friendly and didn’t try and take advantage considering that we were obvious tourists. He messaged me the day before to let us know what time he’ll pick us up, and when he has arrived to the hotel. The car was very clean, working AC, and he let me sit at the front. Overall I highly recommend especially at the beginning of your holiday to Hurghada. Thank you Mahmoud, you are truly wonderful!

Our driver Ahmed was very kind and helpful. He drove us to the souvenirshop, let us taste lovely local coffee and drove us to mini egypt. He is very nice!!!

Great experience. Mahmoud was very kind and made adjustments to tour as we preferred. He advised us on where to shop to save the money and where to stop and see Hurghada specific locations. He offered us to stay even longer, but we were so tired due to the heavy shopping we did on the location he recommended. If you want to shop at peace, without worrying about transport, bargaining etc, this tour guide is your #1 choice.

We were collected promptly. Mahmoud showed us every courtesy from the very beginning to the end of our wonderful. He even purchased lunch for us all at his expense!! We can't recommend this more highly than we have already. 10 out of 10.
