No commentary during flight as the headsets were not working, only comment I got when mentioned on landing was they were aware & radio has to be changed? For the price you would think you would have everything working! Very disappointing, on another note the views were amazing!!!

We booked and paid for our adventure pretrip. Very excited to do our 20 minute flight over the falls. Our scheduled time was 12:30, but we received a call stating that the weather was going to be poor and we were asked to reschedule for 2:30 or 3;30. No problem roll with the punches… we said 2:30. We adjusted our plans, what we noticed that during our original time slot the helicopters were flying overhead, oh well, no big deal. Drive out to the airport for 2;15 for our safety course prior to takeoff. Went through it and we were ready to go! Very excited! Then the pilot says he forgot the Snow Birds are flying overhead and that they are grounded until 3:15. What the heck! Change gears again, we go to a winery and wait…. All that would be fine but the sad part for me was when we got back after 3:00 to be ready for our tour. No helicopter, no one there?? Sign says they are out flying ??? That’s weird, they’re grounded. We prepaid so we sat there until 3:40ish, helicopter comes in for a landing, unloads a nice couple takes there picture sends then on there way. Wow, now I’m pissed, no explanation nothing, just lets go. Flight was routine/ boring as there was little talking and there was a trainee with us as well, Got back to no photos and be on our way Soooo disappointed and we spent a $1000.00 bucks Would I recommend??? 20 minute helicopter flight over Niagara Falls was fabulous. We were blessed with beautiful weather so the views and colours were stunning.
Visiting from the UK this trip is highly recommended if you want to see Niagara falls and the wine region at its best. Our pilot Parker was really informative about everything on our trip. Fantastic experience.

the ride was great - beautiful day. There is no narration, so they should not list that in the description. It takes most of the flight to get near the falls- i suppose we went over vineyards, but of course no narration- they said it was busy in the sky, so that is why he didn't talk to us.
Amazing experience! I'm a bit afraid of heights but everything was all right. Excelent weather, easy movements, great vieuws.
