We thought this tour was excellent! Ramsey was our guide and he was very friendly and informative. We were touring with my elderly parents including one in a wheelchair and this tour was easy for them and was very accommodating.
Our family enjoyed this tour a lot! We took it on our last day-they picked us up with our luggage, took us around, and dropped us at the airport z. It was the perfect ending to our trip. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, the van was very clean, and we saw everything we wanted to. The cheese was the best!!
Peter, our Viator guide, knew how to get the most out of the places we wanted to visit. With the wisdom of the ancients, he took us first to view the windmills, then to a mall that featured cheese and chocolate, then to the Delft factory, and finally to a shop that stitched Rotterdam on our shirts. All in all, Peter took very good care of us and ensured our safety on and off of the vehicle!
Our visit to the windmills, the clog‑making workshop, and the cheese‑making demonstration from Amsterdam was an unforgettable experience that blended history, culture, and hands‑on learning in the best possible way. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and much of that was thanks to our guide, Coen, whose kindness and deep knowledge shaped the entire day. The windmills were absolutely breathtaking up close. It’s one thing to see them in photos, but standing beside these towering pieces of Dutch history gives you a whole new appreciation for the engineering and craftsmanship behind them. Coen explained their purpose, their evolution, and the role they played in shaping the Netherlands. His explanations were clear, engaging, and filled with interesting details that made the history come alive without ever feeling overwhelming. The clog‑making demonstration was another highlight. Watching a traditional craft performed with such skill was fascinating, and the process was far more intricate than we expected. The demo guided us through each step, sharing stories about the cultural significance of clogs and how they’ve been used throughout Dutch history. It was both educational and genuinely fun. The cheese‑making portion of the tour was equally impressive. Learning about the history of Dutch cheese, the techniques used, and the traditions behind it added so much depth to the tasting experience. The samples were delicious, and the explanations helped us appreciate the flavors even more. One of the things we appreciated most was how Coen let us set the pace. He never rushed us, always checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and gave us plenty of time to explore, ask questions, and take photos. His patience and thoughtful approach made the entire experience feel personal and relaxed. Overall, this tour was a perfect blend of culture, history, craftsmanship, and scenic beauty. Coen’s kindness, expertise, and easygoing style elevated the experience far beyond a standard tour. We left with a deeper appreciation for Dutch traditions and a genuine sense of connection to the places we visited. Highly recommended — 🧡

Super easy, relaxed and fun tour. Our guide Rafi was friendly and amazing with kids. We did the windmills, went to see how cows were milked and were pleasantly surprised how the animal welfare was their top priority, kids got to pet adorable calves, then went cheese tasting and bought some amazing cheese then drove back. All took exactly 4hrs as planned. Perfect day.

We had a fabulous 4 hour tour scheduled starting with pick up from Schipol airport. Our driver/guide was Guillermo and he was courteous, kind and helpful especially with my mother who is elderly and mobility challenged. He took us to Zaanse Schaans, a local cheese factory & beautiful drive back through the country. His English was very good and driving was safe. I had great communication with Rudy before we left home and everything was as explained. Two big thumbs up to this company and our driver!

Our guide was knowledgeable about the windmills and clogs. It was a cute village setting. The dairy farm was very interesting learning about the robotic milking stations and the cheese tasing was fun.
