What a charmed day! I expected to see a castle with a highly commercialized Blarney Stone. What I got was a rich, fascinating day learning about Ireland’s history, warm culture and passion for personal free will. The castle was pristine and the gardens were absolutely beautiful. The beauty of the landscape was beyond expectation. Our visit to Midleton for a whiskey tasting was a wonderful ending to the day. Mike was a charming and informative host and I couldn’t recommend him more.

Darren was fantastic. We asked Darren to tweak the itinerary at his discretion and he did not disappoint. We spent the day visiting Blarney Castle, the cliffs at Old Head and several other stops. One of the most memorable was the memorial for the 343 firefighters who died in 9/11. I could go on and on about this tour but I’ll stop here. Thanks again for a memorable day Darren.

Darren was a star! This was my first solo trip and he made it easy to explore Cork without a car, and even helped me fix a phone issue I had along the way. Friendly and helpful, five stars!
