This first stop is at a local and homely restaurant where you will enjoy an awe-inspiring and delectable dinner eating some famous Romanian food- choosing between a Pizza or Pasta menu. Make sure you visit the place that you want to see that is on the list. Our guide seemed unprepared without alot of history knowledge or insight.
Hi, what was wrong? Are you sure this review is for us? I gave you information about each places we have seen on our way... Saint Angel Castle, Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Colossuem, Roman Forum, Circus Maximum.. I have given you information about the story of Romulus and Remus and about the foundatin of Rome talking of Etruscans, Sabinas and Latins. I have given you information about Piazza Venezia end about the big withe monument (Vittoriano, the monument for Vittorian Manuel II) .. we have agreed to skip just the trevi fountain and spanish steps putting our focus on places that you can't visit on yourself. I have given you information even on places you have seen on yourself ... also this tour is an overview of the city. In 3 hours we have accomodate the tour and the dinne so, it when you have booked the tour you though to book an historycal guided tour, you have booked the wrong tour. I'm realy sorry for this review, i'm not understandig what was wrong and if it's really for us or for another one tour you have booked. No one has report a claim/review like yours in the past.. can you give us more details?
Our evening was an overall highlight of our time in Rome. Seeing the many attractions in Rome by night was beautiful. The pick up was great at our hotel and dinner was very good. Then off to see so many beautiful places by night. Max was fun and informative, a good host and driver. We saw many areas that were on our bucket list. My husband and our friends would highly recommend this tour.
Max was a wonderful tour guide. We saw the most spectacular points of the city & had an amazing meal on this tour. I would not hesitate to book as you will have the most wonderful time. The experience will stay with us as a splendid memory for our family.
Very disappointed and upset . The excursion was cancelled 30 min before they were due to arrive at the hotel. We are already waiting outside.
Hi, i'm sorry for the inconvenience but as I wrote you on whatsapp last minute reservations in august are really hard to manage. You booked the tour at 1.30 pm for a tour sheduled for the same day at 7.00 and we had already other resevations so we were fully booked. I gave you the chance to do the same tour in another day but you never replied me on what.sapp. I suggest you to avoid lastminute reservation or to be ready in case of cancellation. Best regards
Had been to Rome many times, so asked Max to take me to a few different spots. Keyhole to Malta and St Peter’s optical illusion were different. Really enjoyed this evening tour!
We saw the city of Rome from a different perspective, the tour guide shared views of the city that we would have never saw if he had not been local from the area. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very excited to share his homeland with us. We ate local cuisine, visited all the monuments, and learned about the history of the city. The best part is there’s not a lot of walking to do, my pre-teen child loves that part.
Maximillian was the best guide ever! Polite and professional. Saw the keyhole of Malta , the illusion of St. Peter’s dome, aventino hill, Drove to campo de fiori,piazza Navona ,Fontana de Treve,piazza de espana, circus Maximus,temple of fortuna and nice restaurant with tons of courses. Best tour so ask for Max!
This was an interesting tour where we learned lots about Rome. Saw many things we would never have discovered on our own. We especially liked the optical illusion. Max was a great tour guide.
This tour was the highlight of our trip! They were so accommodating for our last minute schedule change. We had the BEST driver, Luigi! He was very knowledgeable, kind and oh so funny! We learned so much and had SO much FUN! Thank you for making our last night in Rome so memorable!!! Five stars!
