Everything about this tour is terrific ! The reservation through Trip Advisor provided clear choices as to dates and times. The payment process was simple and the electronic acknowledgments transferred confidence that our funds went to the right place for the service we requested. Kristina was our guide and she is a “live wire” with excellent communication skilks, enthusiasm for her work, and plenty of accurate local knowledge and history to share. The watercraft was great … high quality and clean. We were a party of 6, and adding the captain and guide, it would have been a bit tight for a party of 8, but not impossible. The three sites, Murano for glass, Burano for lace, and Torcello for history and beauty, really rounded out a visit to Venice that can be too much about St. Mark’s Square, the Grand Canal, and crowds ! If you can afford this, do it !
