Ci incontreremo all'ingresso principale del gruppo occidentale del tempio e molto probabilmente inizieremo la nostra giornata con alcuni pensieri positivi, buone vibrazioni e poi inizieremo la nostra esperienza speciale per esplorare la città visitando il tempio di Matangeswara Mahadev, uno del tempio attivo della città dedicato a Lord Shiva
Dopo la visita del tempio di Matangeswara, cammineremo verso il gruppo occidentale di templi che sono il sito principale del tempio della città un gruppo di 11 templi. Ed è un sito patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO: qui esploreremo l'architettura, la storia e molti fatti sconosciuti della cultura e della tradizione indiana. Questi templi sono molto diversi da qualsiasi altro tempio dal punto di vista spirituale. I più popolari sono "Tempio di Laxmana" "Kandariya Mahadev temple" il miglior esempio di architettura del suo genere "Tempio Devi Jagadamba" "Tempio Chirtagupta" "Tempio di Vishwanath" ecc ...
Dopo la visita del gruppo di templi occidentali visiteremo il tempio di Adinath un bellissimo tempio Jain, qui esploreremo i siti religiosi Jain I templi principali qui sono: Tempio di Adinath, Tempio di Shantinath, Tempio di Parsvanath,
Dopo la visita dei templi alla fine del tour visiteremo il vecchio villaggio di Khajuraho, qui esploreremo la parte più antica della città mentre interagiremo con la gente del posto per conoscere la cultura e lo stile di vita della gente del posto. Voglio mostrare alla gente l'altra parte del bellissimo paese che l'India è: la sua vera cultura, vita locale, i suoi pittoreschi villaggi e paesaggi. In questo modo le persone non solo sperimenteranno l'India nella sua forma più pura, ma capiranno e scopriranno facilmente cosa c'è dietro i bellissimi monumenti e templi e non solo "vederli". Penso che i monumenti siano buone opportunità per apprezzare l'arte e conoscere la storia, ma secondo me lo stile di vita indiano, i suoi villaggi e le persone locali sono anche buone opportunità per conoscere la cultura e il paese.

Our time in Khajuraho was made truly special thanks to our incredible guide, Anoop Kumar. He is an authorized PAN INDIA tour guide and history expert, has a great sense of humor and was an amazing host. His knowledge of the Eastern Group’s Jain temples is unmatched. Anoop took the time to point out breathtaking artistic details and share the deep history of the sites. He is a fantastic storyteller and kept us laughing with funny anecdotes throughout the day. What really set Anoop apart, though, was how he went completely above and beyond for us outside the standard tour. He personally escorted us to the famous annual classical Indian dance festival held against the backdrop of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed monuments. He even made a special, separate trip just to source unique local incense for us to take home. Anoop is knowledgeable, congenial and genuinely invested in his guests having the best possible trip. Rishi, our personal guide is a knowledgeable, unblemished . He explained us regarding each temple, its art and its history. I was very impressed about his knowledge. I do highly recommend him for the guide.
My guide was Ankit, amazing his command of English and Spanish to give me the tour, with a lot of information about the temples, culture and always with a right answer for everything you asked, very friendly and a good deal, even fulfilled a request that I found very difficult to realize but knew how to handle it perfectly. A 10/10
We had a wonderful experience with our guide, Shupla. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the temples and Hinduism. He provided many interesting anecdotes and also clearly has a deep appreciation for the artwork of these ancient sites. Highly recommend this tour!

Had a great day touring with Ankit Chandel. He is like talking to a long time friend, yet very knowledgable about the stories behind the temples. He would go the extra mile to make sure I had no issue checking in with the hotel. And I absolutely recommend getting a tour guide for the tour, as many stories and hidden details could only be better appreciated with a great guide. I enjoyed his tour so much that I also booked a second tour with him to see the tiger reserve.

I really enjoyed this tour and was so lucky to do it with Rishi . It was so interesting to get all the informations, détails about the temples themselves as monuments, the way they were build, when and why, but he also knows how to share his knowledge and understanding on human faith, the roots of budhism, jainist, tantra, hindus, …and clearly explained the différences and believes….so interesting ! The « plus » was the old town tour, discovering the little streets, colourful houses, and listening the stories and way of living in this area where he grew up with his Family. I highly recommend him ! Gislen
This was a truly amazing tour. Ankit blew us away with his mastery of the stories and his knowledge behind all of the carvings around Khajuraho. It is a really beautiful place off the beaten track that I thoroughly recommend getting a guide for to bring the place to life even more.
I wanted to give this tour 5 stars because the beginning of it was great. We learned so much about the history of the temples and about different religions of the country. Khajuraho had always been on my bucket list and the visit to the temples did not disappoint. However, although we had paid for a tour guide, he continued to leave us throughout the tour with other people who would walk along side us, take pictures and expect a tip afterwards. Further along in the tour, as we walked through the village, we were continuing to stop and interact with people. After each encounter, our guide kept pushing me to give tip money. By that point I only had enough cash to tip the driver and guide. When I refused to, our guide actually scolded me. It nearly ruined the entire experience. Please stop pressuring tourist to hand out money.
