Dopo questa memorabile visita alla fattoria del caffè, continuiamo il nostro viaggio verso la Rocca di Guatape (conosciuta anche come Peñol). Mentre guidiamo iniziamo a raccontarvi tutta la storia della roccia: componenti, proprietari, quando è stata arrampicata e fatti più interessanti. Una volta arrivati lì, hai la possibilità di arrampicarti. Sono necessari 749 gradini e 50 minuti circa per salire e scendere. Una volta raggiunta la cima, puoi rimanere lassù per tutto il tempo che desideri mentre assisti a uno dei panorami più belli che tu abbia mai visto. Questa non è solo la nostra opinione, ma quella di migliaia di turisti che abbiamo portato lì. In cima ci sono diversi negozi dove è possibile acquistare acqua, birra e tanti altri oggetti e sedersi ad apprezzare la vista del lago, isolette e case di campagna. Ogni volta che ti sentirai pronto per iniziare a scendere, saremo pronti ad aspettarti per continuare la nostra avventura in una delle città più colorate del paese: la città di Guatape.
Il viaggio verso Guatape dalla roccia dura solo dai 10 ai 15 minuti. In questa città facciamo un tour a piedi completamente narrato attraverso i punti di riferimento della città come la chiesa, la piazza principale, la via dei ricordi, la piazza Zocalos e altro ancora. Una volta concluso il tour a piedi, ti portiamo nel miglior ristorante della città per un delizioso pranzo tradizionale (non incluso nel tour) dove hai più di 20 diverse opzioni per provare la cucina locale accompagnata da una sangria fredda o una birra artigianale . Dopo aver terminato il nostro pranzo e il tour a piedi in questa bellissima città di Guatape, torniamo a Medellin nella nostra comoda auto privata con un sorriso in faccia e pieni di bei ricordi e probabilmente alcuni regali per la nostra famiglia a casa.

We had an absolutely fantastic day on this tour and can highly recommend it! Combining Guatapé with a visit to a coffee farm was the perfect way to experience two highlights of the region in just one day. A huge part of what made the tour so special was our guide, Erika. She was incredibly kind, warm and friendly from the very beginning and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire day. She is also extremely knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information about the region, Colombian culture, coffee production and Guatapé without ever making it feel like a lecture. Everything was well organized, relaxed and personal, and Erika always took the time to answer our questions and adapt the day to us. Thank you, Erika, for such a wonderful day and for making this one of the highlights of our trip to Colombia! We would 100% recommend this tour – and especially Erika as a guide!

Our day with Erika was truly amazing! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. She really listened to what we wanted and adjusted the entire tour to our interests and comfort, which made us feel so well taken care of throughout the day. We started with breakfast, then visited Guatapé, climbed the Rock, and explored the town. One of the best parts was that she didn’t just show us the famous tourist attractions, she also took us to beautiful hidden spots that we would never have found on our own. It made the experience feel very authentic and special. The coffee farm tour and the fruit tasting were also fantastic. Erika explained everything with so much passion and made every part of the experience enjoyable and memorable. Even though we spent around ten hours together, the time flew by. She even helped us organize plans for the next few days and did everything she could to make our stay even better. That level of care was truly above and beyond. Overall, it was honestly one of the best days of our lives, and we are so grateful we got to experience it with Erika. She flexibly adapted the entire excursion to our interests and our well-being and ensured that we felt completely comfortable all day long. What a brilliant day we had with Erika taking our family of four on this great tour. We would highly recommend this tour to see the beautiful Guatape, pick and make coffee and walk up the rock. Erika was very knowledgeable and accommodating she went out of her way to make it a fantastic day. The tour was excellent, the most important thing for us was that the guide Erika was always and at all times willing to help with everything, she never rushed you with the timing, she suggested cool things, and my daughters enjoyed her company.
We loved this experience. It was a group of 8 of us and Erika was amazing. We tried exotic fruits, went to Guatape, and ended at a coffee farm. Everything was a 10/10 experience but my favorite was the coffee farm it had a very local vibe to it. Definitely recommend to everyone :)
This was an amazing day tour. Our guide Erika was fantastic from the moment of picking us up at the hotel to the very end. She was very knowledgeable, shared so many tips, accommodated our request to come back a bit earlier and generally was a very pleasant company for a day. The tour was also carefully planned and thought through. This is definitely worth the money and time.
