This was perfect for our group of 5 and the short time we had in Florence. Our driver, Simone, provided information about the city, the buildings and the inhabitants. He was knowledgeable. He described the families of Florence and their influences. We made it to the Piazza Michelangelo for the fantastic views of the city. I would highly recommend.

The golf cart was one and 1/2 hour late to the pick up point. There was a marathon going on and streets were blocked. The company should have known this and not scheduled our tour at the same time.
Hello, As I already replied by email, it wasn't our fault, but the marathon in Florence. So we couldn't do anything about it. The roads were closed, so we asked for a little more time until they were cleared. I honestly had no idea the marathon was on the day you booked. So I explained it, and honestly, you could have avoided giving us one star, especially because we're professional and our customers are always happy, and we always try to please everyone. And anyway, you did the tour, and the guy confirmed to me that you were happy and enjoyed it.
What a wonderful way to see all the magical places of Florence! Our tour guide Akram took us on a private golf cart tour, the time to explain everything we saw, give us as much time as we wanted at every stop and even offered to take photos of us in front of scenic views. We had Simon as a tour guide and he exceeded our expectations! Florence is an amazing city and this tour is perfect for quickly orienting yourself to the different areas. We got up above the city for a great view and Simon pointed out the different areas as well as a ton of history. Very flexible if you want something particular and he was kind enough to take us by his favorite wine window. Just a great introduction to Florence and helped us know where we wanted to spend our time!

Akram was great and the golf cart tour was such a great idea. We saw so much and covered such a great distance. We zipped through the crowds. We loved reaching Michelangelo square and seeing the whole city from a distance. We never would have trekked up there.
