Itinerario
La nostra prossima tappa è Sea Turtle Farm and Hatchery.

"I’m so glad I joined this tour! Having such a professional and thoughtful guide made the stilt fishing experience full of wonderful surprises. I highly recommend both this trip and our guide!"
We had a great experience and tour. We liked that our driver was flexible and took us to places we wanted, including a fabulous jewelry store. He had researched where to take us.
Thank you so much for your kind words! It was a real pleasure having you on the tour. I’m very happy to hear you enjoyed the flexibility and that the jewelry stop was a highlight for you. I always try to personalize each experience and take guests to places they’ll truly enjoy. Wishing you all the best in your travels, and hope to see you again in Sri Lanka someday!
Sometimes, these reviews are about the wonderful place you visited. Other times, it is about your guide. When the two combine, you have a truly memorable excursion. To start, we had the most wonderful guide. Great sense of humor, the ability to understand when his elderly tourists were wearing out and the wisdom to put unscheduled stops into the “walk around Galle Fort.” The Japanese Peace Pagoda, the stilt fishermen (yes, we know they no longer make their living by fishing this way - they make their money off us taking pictures of them), the Kosgodda Turtle Rescue group, Galle Fort and a half dozen little places we visited because our guide said we would enjoy them (and no, they were NOT high priced tourist marts) like a Sri Lankan cemetery (because my brother is a funeral director and he loves us sending photos of cemeteries in other places). All in all, one of our best Viator tours.
Thank you so much for this beautiful and detailed review 😊 It truly means a lot to me. I’m really happy to hear that you enjoyed not only the places but also the experience we shared together. It was a pleasure guiding you, and I loved adapting the day to your pace and interests—especially those unique little stops like the cemetery 😊 I’m glad you could experience places like the Japanese Peace Pagoda, the stilt fishermen, and the turtle sanctuary in a more personal and relaxed way. Wishing you both many more amazing travels, and I hope to see you again in Sri Lanka someday! 🇱🇰🙏
We only had half a day of spare time and this private tour led by Milan was perfect! We enjoyed the walks of scenery and educational talk at the sea turtle sanctuary quite a lot. The beaches and the sea are truly breathtaking. This trip suits couples and family who'd like to travel in their own pace.
Thank you so much for your lovely review! 😊 I’m really happy to hear that the tour was a perfect fit for your half-day and that you enjoyed the scenery and the visit to the sea turtle sanctuary. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’m glad you could experience the beauty of our beaches at your own pace. Wishing you all the best, and hope to see you again in Sri Lanka! 🇱🇰🙏
Very pleasant and interesting visit. Milan is a great guide, very attentive. It's worth it. The return to Galle is a lot of fun.

Very kind and reliable guide who was always on time, humble, great knowledge and very flexible. Great day and also available for transfers
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed the day. It was a pleasure guiding you, and I’m always here if you return to Sri Lanka!
It was amazing. Nuwan who was our driver and guide was very friendly and welcoming. Had a great time with my friends . We enjoyed a lot and the trip was very pleasant.
Milan was a wonderful guide! My children and I absolutely loved this private tour. Everything was organized perfectly and at a very relaxed pace, which was ideal for traveling with kids. The silent fishing experience was a real highlight for the children - my daughter was so excited to try it themselves. We also visited a turtle farm, where we learned a lot about these amazing animals and even got to see baby turtles. At the end of the day, we visited the Dutch Fort and watched a beautiful sunset. It was the perfect way to finish the tour. Milan was very kind, knowledgeable, and great with the kids. I highly recommend this tour to families and anyone who wants a peaceful, unforgettable experience!
Thank you so much for this beautiful review! I’m really happy to hear that you and your children enjoyed the day. It was a joy sharing these experiences with your family — especially seeing your daughter so excited during the fishing! I’m glad the relaxed pace worked well and that the sunset at the Dutch Fort was a perfect ending. Wishing you all the best and hope to welcome you again one day in Sri Lanka!
Really very good tour with a charming guide, Milan. Took us to all the good sites in the area and nothing was too much trouble. He was able to take us to an antiques shop for in a remote part of Galle and in general he was very obliging. Can recommend.
Thank you so much for your kind words! It was a pleasure showing you around Galle and helping you find that special antiques shop. I’m really glad you enjoyed the tour, and I truly appreciate the recommendation. Hope to see you again in Sri Lanka!
Mila the guide was very friendly, great English and very knowledgeable with a good car. I got to experience everything that’s listed, although the turtle sanctuary is a big cramped. Galle fort is amazing but I was staying there anyway so I think I could have organised the same trip locally for less money.
Thank you for your honest feedback and kind words! I’m glad you enjoyed the tour and that everything listed was delivered. It was a pleasure guiding you. I understand your point about the turtle sanctuary and appreciate the note about pricing — I always aim to offer a reliable and comfortable experience with full flexibility. Wishing you all the best on the rest of your travels!
