La cittadina balneare di Vung Tau è rinomata per la sua architettura coloniale francese e i bellissimi templi. Ammira tutti i punti salienti mentre sei nel porto di Phu My in questa escursione a terra, tra cui la pagoda Niet Ban Tinh Xa, la pagoda Thich Ca Phat Dai e il ritiro di meditazione del Nirvana.

Pick up al porto e partenza per la spiaggia di Vung Tau dove potrai rilassarti e divertirti sotto il sole.
Bach Dinh, o Palazzo Bianco della città di Vung Tau, si trova in 4 Tran Phu Street, sul pendio della Big Mountain. Situato a 50 metri sopra il livello del mare, il Palazzo Bianco ha il suo nome francese che è La Villa Blanche.
La statua di Gesù alta 32 metri che si trova in cima a una piccola montagna a picco sul mare (The Nui Nho). Puoi vedere la statua di Cristo Re, uno dei simboli più importanti di Vung Tau, da tutte le direzioni della città. Ma la cosa migliore è comunque salire sulla cima della Piccola Montagna e ammirare la statua. Quindi, sali sull'osservatorio della statua e osserva il panorama della città e del mare circostante.
Thich Ca Phat Dai (Piattaforma del Buddha Shakyamuni) è un notevole tempio buddista Theravada nella città costiera di Vung Tau, nel Vietnam meridionale. Si trova a nord-ovest del monte Lon e fu costruito tra il 1961 e il 1963 quando fu inaugurato. Si trova su un terreno di circa cinque ettari, con un monastero buddista Zen ai piedi e il Thích Ca Phật Đài in cima.
Situata a destra del Tempio Sacro di Thang Tam, la Tomba della Balena fu costruita contemporaneamente al Tempio dei Cinque Elementi alla fine del XIX secolo. La tomba attualmente mostra un enorme scheletro di balena raccolto dai pescatori locali più di cento anni fa.

I had an awesome time on this tour with guide Hillbilly Jack and driver Mr. Anh. I was promptly met at the cruise port and we drove to the beautiful seaside town of Vung Tao. Jack was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Vietnam and I got so much excellent information. He’s also got a great sense of humor which added to the fun. We visited pagodas, temples, a monastery and a fish market. We also had some delicious local food. Mr. Anh is a skilled driver and safely navigated the cars and scooters. If you book this tour you’ll be guaranteed a fun and educational day.

We had excellent service from the moment that we booked our tour as we got the confirmation quickly and acknowledgement of the details that I sent about my mobility issues. I had several WhatsApp messages in the days before our tour to introduce Hillbilly Jack, our tour guide, and to confirm the meeting time and place with photographs of the vehicle and lunch menu. We requested to change one item on the menu and this was done promptly. Jack was waiting at the arranged time and place with the clean and comfortable vehicle. Jack was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all his country has to offer. He was able to accommodate the changes that we requested as the tour progressed as my mobility issues were causing some problems. The included lunch was delicious and the food was plentiful. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you Jack and your driver.

I cant recommend Jack From Indochine - Người Từ Đông Dương enough! Jack knew, and explained the local history and culture very well. He had a fantastic sense of humour and had us laughing all day, as you can see from his fantastic photos. It was a day I will always remember! If you ever need a tour guide in Vietnam look him up. You wont be dissapointed.
