What a wonderful team I had taking care of me today. Gonsalvo and Vania were the absolute best. Vania was my driver and she was a safe, conscientious, and courteous driver. Gonsalvo my guide left no stone unturned. His knowledge of the local history was both informative and entertaining. We walked through the hills of Valparaiso for quite some time and his familiarity was both comforting and reassuring.Viña Del Mar was just as educational. Our visit to the Moai from Easter Islands had special meaning to my family as my husband’s lineage is from the Polynesian Triangle. Gonsalvo had the talent of “connecting the dots” with comparisons and contrasts. We did so much in such a short amount of time. I could’ve spent all day with them. Vania and Gonsalvo are truly luminaries to your company and deserve all my praise and appreciation for making this such a delightful day. Mahalo for your time and expertise.
The actual tour was ok, the reason I’m leaving such a bad review is because of my experience with the representative from travel agency. We booked the private tour Valparaiso and Viña Del Mar on a Monday. We exchanged a few messages and she never mentioned that La Sebastian’s Museum is closed on a Monday (which was part of the tour highlighted experience). We didn’t find out about it until midway through our tour when our guide told us. When I asked her about it, instead of acknowledging it was an oversight and apologizing, she started lying and saying that our tour guide added additional stops to make up for the 45min museum tour we missed. Not only was that never mentioned by our guide but I asked our friends that did the same tour and we exchanged itinerary and they did the same thing with the exception they did get to visit the museum because they went in a Saturday.
We regret that the museum was closed on the day of your visit. As I mentioned, this is beyond our control; we cannot open the museum because it is the only day off for our staff. The guide told me that he had already informed you of this and that he offered you another museum to visit, which you declined. We apologize for this misunderstanding, as we have always provided excellent service to all our guests.
Very knowledgeable guide. We were collected by a driver in Santiago and met the guide in Vina del Mar. In general well paced. Good walking sections. We would have preferred an earlier lunch break.
My husband and I had a great time on this tour with Gonzalo. He is very knowledgeable about the history of Viña del Mar and Valparaiso. He speaks English very well and is very friendly. I highly recommend this tour and guide!
My husband and I did this tour with Gonzalo as a tour guide and Camila as the driver. We both had an amazing experience. They are very knowledgeable about the history of these two cities. Both speak English very well. We also like that they were very flexible and were willing to stop at any other locations if we needed something. We highly recommend this tour and will use them when we come here again!

Very good tour. We enjoyed it. So informative about Valparaiso & it's history. Catarina & our driver were very accommodating. The restaurant where they dropped us for lunch was fabulous!
