A wonderful private tour from start to finish. The driver was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The agency went above and beyond, providing a printed booklet, complimentary cold water, and even opening the doors for guests, which added a very personal touch. We were contacted by the tour company to ask if we would be okay with an afternoon tour since the morning tour was presumably busy with cruise passengers, and they wanted to make sure we had a comfortable experience. Therefore, we agreed to move to an afternoon experience. However, there was no tour guide, and the driver barely did any touring. He would just drop us off at these locations and pick us up at pre-scheduled times. We have had excellent tour guides in Morocco who had excellent communicataion skills but this driver did not. Also, looking back we did not even do all the parts of the tour. We never went to Cafe Hafa as the tour itinerary suggests. The driver was always in a rush and kept suggesting we skip various parts of the tour where we felt rushed. He said he had a 3-hour limit despite nothing on the tour saying this. Overall, the sights are nice to see but it was extremely sketchy and would not recommend.

The experience is designed as a driver-guided tour, where the driver accompanies you, provides orientation, and allows free time at each stop. For Café Hafa, I have checked directly with the driver, and he confirmed that it was skipped based on your preference during the tour. I also understand that you requested a refund after completing the full tour. As the service was delivered, we were unfortunately unable to approve the refund. That said, I completely understand your frustration, especially regarding the feeling of being rushed and the overall experience. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations.
