A terrible experience
This was one of the worst pickups ever. Firstly, the car did not fit 4 large suitcases. The driver was very nice but, sadly the car was not suitable at all. My mother and sister sat in the backseat with a large suitcase on their lap. It was terrible. 45 minutes like this is just not done.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the transfer was not as comfortable as expected, but we would like to clarify the luggage situation for future travelers, as also communicated to you. The transfer was operated by a Toyota Fortuner, one of the larger SUVs commonly used for private transfers in Thailand and capable of accommodating 4–5 large suitcases. As communicated to you before arrival and stated in our product information, the SUV option is recommended for up to 4 adults with up to 4 large suitcases. In this case, your group arrived with 7 pieces of luggage. Upon arrival, our driver explained that all the luggage could not be accommodated comfortably in the vehicle. Rather than leaving your group without transportation, he tried to accommodate your request to proceed with six suitcases inside the trunk and one suitcase inside the passenger area. We are therefore sorry to see that the resulting discomfort became the basis of this review, despite our team having communicated the vehicle capacity in advance and the driver trying his best to accommodate the additional luggage. For 4 passengers travelling with 7 pieces of luggage, we strongly recommend booking a minivan to ensure sufficient luggage space and a comfortable journey.

Booked thru Viator...
Booked thru Viator With the traffic in Bangkok, it is well worth the $$ to book private transport from and back to the airport. The instructions to find the check in for our driver at the airport were spot on. We waited about 5 mins from when we checked in until our driver showed up. Then straight to our hotel. Our return to the airport was far earlier than needed (due to time of day), but we do understand the why for different times of day. 100% recommend booking this private transfer.

Not the cleanest vehicle. The car smelled of sweat & did not appear thoroughly cleaned for some time. Driver was respectful though.

Sadly no driver upon our arrival…….
We were a little disappointed with this transfer. Our flight was delayed due to bad weather and when we arrived around 20mins later they were no where to be seen. May have accepted another ride. He eventually showed up after other drivers called him.

Your assigned driver was waiting in the airport’s designated parking area and was called once our team met you. This call is part of our standard Meet & Greet coordination process and was not made by other drivers, as drivers are not allowed to wait at the arrivals gates, based on airport regulations. The same driver then completed your transfer. We appreciate your feedback and wish you a wonderful stay in Thailand.

Great experience. Easy to find at the airport. Whisked us away to the upstairs and into our car within 10 mins.

Great experience! I would recommend them to anyone!
Just a great experience. We booked them for our pick up and they were easy to find in a maze of people. We were in our car within 10 mins and off to the hotel. The experience was so good we booked a pick up from our Four Seasons hotel to the airport. They were on time and the ride was comfortable and quick. I would highly recommend them.
