Absolutely amazing,best tour of our holiday. Our guide Rob was the best,so knowledgeable. We wish we could have spent longer with him. Such an interesting man who really knows everything there us to know about 9/11. Made us feel as if we were there,made it all very real. Thankyou so much.

We did the 90 minute private tour with tickets to the memorial museum and observatory. Helene was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and great personality. She spent some extra time with us which was greatly appreciated. The memorial museum is really well done and emotional. The only downside is it was very crowded (on a Monday afternoon) so was difficult to read the information and move through the exhibit. Spent two and a half hours here. The observatory was neat but a bit of a tourist trap. After watching a three minute random video, they try to upsell you on some digital city guidebook and then photos, but once you get through that gauntlet, the views are nice. Only spent about 20 minutes here. Overall well worth it and a must do in NYC.
