We were so grateful that they could change the pick up time at the last minute due to a flight delay and missed connecting flight.

Very unreliable, we had 2 separate bookings for 2 separate groups, both got cancelled, one of them with warning, one of them without. Very disappointing considering what we had booked was a transfer from an airport to our final destination and the 2nd group only found out there's got cancelled when they asked. Also tried to contact Viator and it was impossible, I finally found an email and emailed them and they never responded. Absolutely hopeless.

During the winter season, New Chitose Airport can become extremely busy due to increased tourist traffic and weather conditions, which can occasionally lead to unavoidable cancellations for passenger safety. Excellent service. Our flight was delayed and our driver patiently waited while we got our bags. It was also very cold so he asked us to wait inside the airport while he got the car. Would highly recommend this service.

Honda-san, our driver, was accommodating despite limited english. He waited patiently even though our flight was delayed 30 mins and drove us safely and comfortably from New Chitose Airport to our hotel in downtown sapporo. Car was an Alphard, clean and spacious, and fit our 4 large lugggages. Would do it again. Thank you!
The driver was experienced and kind. He was waiting for us after we got our luggage with a smile on his face. The car was so comfortable and ride was enjoyable!

We were one of the last to get our bags from baggage claim. Our driver Yoshida-san was waiting outside of arrivals with our name card. He was very courteous, walked us to an area where we could comfortably wait , used a translation app to let us know to wait while he got the car. He helped us with our bags. The heart taxi was very spacious and clean. It was so wonderful after traveling for more than 14 hours to be met and taken care of. We were so glad we didn't have to look for a bus stop or taxi stand. It was well worth the money spent.
