Seeing the photos that Alison our guide had. She shared personal stories and had a connection to the 911 tragedy. I do wish I had known prior to the tour about the memorial/museum underneath the fountains. I would have reserved that as well.
Ray was very well informed and sympathetic The tour was excellant and I would recommend to anyone coming to New York
Our tour guide Robert was great, he talked about events of 9/11 with knowledge and passion, explaining everything clearly and sharing some private stories. Highly recommend if you really want to learn about it and how New Yorkers reacted that day.
This tour was an amazing experience, I couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide, he was full of passion about this devastating event. Our tour consisted of first visiting the chapel which survived the entirety of the attack that took place on September 11th, 2001, the tour was extremely emotional and a lot of people found it hard to comprehend what happened that day. Thankyou Robert for the amazing experience and opening our eyes to the devastation that took place that day

Only had 6 hours to tour but experienced the best spots NYC had to offer. Especially loved the 9/11 Ground Zero Tour with our guide Robert, very knowledgeable and passionate about the events that led to and surrounded that fateful day. Truly informative and entertaining! Superbly informative without losing the somber atmosphere. Rob was an excellent guide! His comprehensive knowledge of facts is coupled with "tidbits" of information not included in your average commentary.
We had visited WTC memorial about 5 years ago (unguided). So thankful we returned with this professional yet personal tour guide (Robert). He was very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about this tour. He helped us to not just learn, but to understand, so we took home several helpful perspectives of the memorial that we will not soon forget.

Robert provided an excellent guided tour providing commentary we had not heard or read about before. He is well spoken and has an interesting perspective of this point in time. Well worth having him be your guide. I was very moved by some of the things I heard involving people and the events on that day. Robert did not rush us and also provided guidance on how the site should be treated as a respected memorial not just a tourist site. I appreciated that knowledge and hope others do as well.
