Il servizio di prelievo inizia alle 06:15 e l'orario può variare a seconda della posizione del vostro hotel. L'orario esatto del prelievo verrà confermato il giorno prima tra le 20:00 e le 21:00, insieme al nome della guida. Il servizio di prelievo è disponibile presso gli hotel situati a Las Condes, Providencia, Santiago e Vitacura. Se il vostro alloggio si trova al di fuori dell'area di copertura o in zone difficilmente raggiungibili, vi verrà assegnato un punto d'incontro nelle vicinanze. Si consiglia di presentarsi nella hall dell'hotel almeno 10 minuti prima dell'orario indicato.

We were lucky enough to take this tour right during a week when there was a storm and the weather conditions made it impossible to see the snow. But thanks to Diana, who was always attentive to every detail, to the weather conditions, and, above all, to our safety, she never gave up on making sure we could have this experience. She looked for the best alternative and took us to a wonderful place called Ventisquero, where we were finally able to enjoy the snow and take home an incredible memory. Without a doubt, it was a beautiful experience, one of those that leaves you wanting to come back. I totally recommend the tour and, especially, the work and dedication of Diana. Everything was very well organized and we enjoyed every moment, with incredible landscapes and a very pleasant atmosphere. The tour was on a rainy day, but with the dedication of the tour guide Rafael was wonderful! He was attentive, responsible and caring so everyone could enjoy the day. Only good memories will remain of this day. Thank you Rafael.

We did the tour with Felipe and Belén, it was wonderful. They were punctual, the Van is comfortable and clean, the driver passes security, and the guide was wonderful in the explanations and in the welcoming. Me and my wife recommend!!
