My teen kids enjoyed experience with them. Not only surfing lesson, kids felt island vibe and surfing culture. I am truly appreciate their experience.

Our family had a fantastic time today with Kona Mike's. Our instructors were all wonderful (especially with the keiki in our group) and worked hard to make sure we had a great experience.

Chad was great and didn’t make me feel bad for being really slow. It’s a much more strenuous workout than I ever imagined. Recommend arm strength training before trying for the first time haba

Instructors were very friendly, the girls had surfed before and he let them know that surfing here is slightly different to what they are used to. The small group was excellent since it gave them more attention for them to practice what they already knew and improve their skills. Girls had a great time and said the time out was just right, and worth what we paid. The location was perfect as it is just down from where we were staying and at a nice cove with an area dedicated for surfing, there was also a nice beach/tidepool area where you could also snorkel/relax afterward.

My daughter had an hour and a half privates lesson with Hana. She had so much fun and learned a lots. He gave great directions and was super encouraging.

My daughter wanted to learn to surf, so we found Kona Mikes Adventures and signed her up for a private lesson. Her instructor was Chad. Highly recommend Kona Mikes and Chad was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and personable and was amazing with my daughter and teaching her the techniques. He knew the right places to go for the best waves in the bay. I was very nervous first when she wanted to do this but when I met Chad, he out our minds at ease. Knowing he has been surfing for 40 years and a certified lifeguard as well. If you're looking to surf either for the first time or more experienced.ook no further that Kona Mikes. The price was very reasonable as well.
