This excursion was fun but not what we expected. I specifically requested an English tour guide but we instead got someone who didn't speak English at all. He's a very nice guy and although I understand Spanish a bit, I was hopeful to have an English speaker to tour us around. He did not tour at all he just drove us. Nothing against the driver, my issue is with the company false advertising a "tour guide" for $80 each, when in reality, you're just getting a driver. WOULD NOT BOOK AGAIN.
Hi, good morning!! Thanks for your opinion but in the service never said tour guide inside archeology site. It say: tourconductor But next time I’ll be careful with the drivers English
Jorge's service was impeccable. He took us from Mérida to Chichén Itzá, to lunch, then to the Ik-Kil cenote and finally left us in Cancún. The route was excellent and Jorge's service was excellent, he helped us with reservations, parking and exceeded the expectations we had. We are very grateful and pleased with this experience, we highly recommend Crismatour.
Super accessible and flexible. My staff spent 5 days between setup and event in the Riviera Maya, they were transferred from the staff hotel to the headquarters hotel.
Muchas gracias Lic por la confianza, estamos para ayudarle a resolver todas sus necesidades en cuanto a servicio de transporte y actividades turísticas
Transportation was excellent. The service is 5 stars without a doubt. I made the payments through international transfer and cash and it gave me a lot of confidence to make the payment in advance. The cars are excellent and the drivers are very punctual, polite and flexible.
Muchas gracias por su confianza!! Estamos para ayudarle para satisfacer todas sus necesidades en cuanto a servicio de transporte terrestre
Despite an initial problem with pick up, we were happy to have a personal tour on the way to meet up with our main group. Our main guide, “Ricky Martin” (who I believe is also the owner) was terrific. He was knowledgeable and humorous and spoke plenty enough English for us to know what he was saying. All in all, a great tour. Thank you ‘Ricky’!
Excellent service, with a personal driver throughout the trip that takes you to beautiful places, I only recommend going with a well-charged cell phone and space for 1000 photos
Incredible tour of Chichén Itza. Izamal was a favorite and we were able to spend more time there. The private tour offers a lot of flexibility and allows you to spend more time in the places you will enjoy. We didn't feel rushed and were able to spend a lot of time in Chichén too. I'm pretty critical of restaurants normally, but the buffet here was absolutely fantastic. Handmade tortillas, a delicious picadillo. We also had very interesting discussions with the driver who could answer all our questions. A memorable day!
Great place to relax. Tons of cultural activities and many interesting archeological sites to visit in one day trips. Don’t expect CanCun. Is not.
We specifically booked an English speaking guided tour where the guide would provide information about the region along the way to the cenotes and Chichen Itza. What we got was a non-English speaking driver who picked us up at our hotel in a van. It was hard to communicate with him and our whole day on the road was a long silent journey. I ended up Googling most of the info and reading it out to the family. I did contact the tour operator but didn't get anywhere. I asked for a refund but all I got was silence. Highly disappointed!!!!!
Another provider cancelled on us last minute, however I was able to book with these guys 8pm for a tour the next day leaving at 8AM. Not only was I able to book on such short notice they picked us up from the hotel (just two of us). We were the only two on the tour so it was like we had our own personal driver. However, he didn't speak any English (booked English), but I could tell by his body language he was a genuinely nice fellow. Got us to our destinations safe and sound and treated us great the entire trip. However, it was anything but a tour - just a driver because nothing was explained, pointed out, just silence and safe driving - again... he was a nice dude so taking nothing away from him or his not being able to speak English. Let's assume they do offer more of a tour and this was a result of them accommodating a last minute request.
