We truly appreciate your kind words about the storytelling and the depth of the experience. 🇨🇿📖 Regarding the meeting point, we’re sorry for the confusion and understand how stressful it must have been to worry about missing the tour. We provide both a map location and additional meeting point instructions, which we recommend checking together. Unfortunately, Prague’s large historic buildings and palaces can sometimes make map locations less precise, even when the street address is correct. In this case, you were at the correct address, but just a few meters away from the guide, on the opposite side of the wall. We’ve contacted Viator about this issue several times, but removing the street address seems to create even more confusion. We’ll continue looking for a better solution and will also review how we can make the additional meeting point information more visible and easier to follow. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re glad you still had such a fantastic experience with us! ❤️
