Driver was on time courteous and friendly. Was a 5 star ride. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and accommodated our 8 pieces of luggage well.
The driver was 10 minutes late , we were on a tight schedule, to make our plane. Also the driver was supposed to speak English, which he did not. Very disappointing.
We had a Father and Son set of guides. They were very friendly and accomodating. We had a great time with them.
Nice guy on time. Car needs a cleaning. The windows were quite dirty. He offered water and a bathroom.
The driver showed up on time. The vehicle was roomy and comfortable with plenty of room for our luggage. However, the price paid was exhorbitant for the service provided. I should have just arranged for a taxi from the port for a LOT less money. The driver never said one word to us during the trip. He might have at least described some interesting facts or landmarks along the way for that kind of money. Maybe even a cold bottle of water for each of us. It was simply a ride to the airport and it was successful in getting us there on time. But the price was at least double what it should have been.
Driver was very personable. even though he had minimal english he was very helpful and nice. He made sure I was comfortable

<p>When I discovered the cruise I was on disembarked at San Antonio I knew I could rely on Viator to provide a solution- they did! It was so easy to get off the ship, walk through the terminal and there was my taxi waiting with my name. I could sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery as we were whisked to Santiago and our hotel. The driver was kindness herself and couldn't do enough for us and it was half the price the cruise ship would have charged for the same journey. Great value, great service-as always.</p>
<p>Could not ask for more of our driver. He was courteous, on-time, and very helpful with our luggage. Great transfer from San Antonio port to our Santiago hotel.</p>
