We did a long trip as a private group organized by Jon at Travel Max Guide. We had a great time but communication after booking and before departure was difficult with long gaps of no response. It felt a bit over promising and under delivering. Some hotels really sub par (mold, cold showers, broken faucets, ...) and activities not quite as billed - cooking class impromptu by hotel management (not a real class), pottery making just a visit to watch in market ... So we had a great time but I can't totally say I would book with this company again.
It was my first trip to Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek. But the Travel Max's guide was wonderful. I enjoyed and captured great view along the trek. The team was very friendly and patient.

The guides and other members were patient enough to wait for us as we were quite slow. They kept on motivating and cheering up for us. We felt really energized and could make up the whole trip. The sight seeing was beautiful. Loved the amazing views.
