Our tour guide Salvatore and driver Francesco were amazing! So much knowledge and experience. I also did the wine tasting with lunch. Food and wine were divine. A great tour of Pompeii and challenging but rewarding walk up to the top of the Vesuvius crater. Highly recommended.

Dear Jennifer, We would like to clarify the circumstances regarding the cancellation of your shore excursion. Just like you, we were fully prepared and looking forward to welcoming you on our tour. However, your cruise ship was ultimately unable to dock at the port due to unexpected maritime conditions completely outside our control. When a ship cannot dock, it is physically impossible for passengers to disembark, which forces the automatic cancellation of the excursion. This was a force majeure event and not a decision based on group numbers. We immediately processed your full refund through the platform as soon as the port cancellation was confirmed. We are very sorry for the disappointment caused by your ship's sudden itinerary change. Best regards
