We went to many places and Clara, our guide, has the patience of a saint. She also looked after us very well and was really protective too. Our tour coincided with great weather and a public holiday so it was really crowded everywhere. I will recommend that you check the dates carefully before booking.

Our guide Jeanie was exceptional throughout the tour and Mr. Lee, our driver did an very good job safely navigating us through the busy streets. Jeanie showed us all the sites and explained everything in great detail. She went above and beyond and took our pictures and shared them via WhatsApp. She even helped give us recommendations to restaurants and other sites of interest we could visit on our own. First, they failed to pick us up. They said the driver had an accident yet everyone else was picked up and the van was at the village. I had a number to text on whatsapp which never responded back. We had to call the company to ask why they were 40 minutes late. We were told to take a cab to the village, the guide paid the taxi driver. Everyone else was there waiting for us. The other issue is street food is mentioned, that isn't until the end of the tour at the street market 3 hours later. We didn't have lunch since street food was mentioned. My other issue is several tours take us to the "ginseng museum" a marketing ploy to purchase Korean ginseng, I am guessing there is a payment to the tour company for any sales. The guide, Ms Jeanie was very nice though I believe because we started late we were rushed a bit. The village, tower and street market were positives to see, just frustrating not to be picked up when we confirmed our location and told the time we were to be picked up.

Maybe our experience was different, however our tour was extremely disorganized. We went to a traditional village as part of the itinerary that happened to be closed because it was Monday and then somehow made our way to a time capsule (not on the agenda). The elderly/physically challenged either limped along or stayed in the van (we overheard many complaints). The 'Netflix Street Food" portion of the tour was a bust. We did not visit any vendor as a group nor was any food provided. They dropped us at the door and said meet in 30 minutes at which time the tour guide said goodbye and we were all confused as to what had just happened. Our driver did return us to our hotel. The conversation regarding the tour in the van amongst other tourists was the most entertaining part of the trip. We would not write this off but would wait for positive reviews before scheduling again.

A tour guide did not talk about any of the sites we passed, which all seem to be very interesting but all she did was talk at length to the driver who was very rude. She took us to a place that was supposed to have old Korean housing, but it was closed so she had to go to another place had us walking up steep Hills only to see such poor sites as the time capsule waste of time..

We had the private family tour today with our wonderful tour guide - Rose. We were so impressed with Rose. She was warm, friendly & professional. Her communication was clear and easy to understand.
