Questa esperienza è una gita di mezza giornata su misura per scoprire, oltre ai nostri vini boutique e al gustoso cibo locale, lo spirito allegro di una comunità e le sue tradizioni a conduzione familiare attraverso la cucina con professionalità, narrazione, umorismo, storia, sorprese musicali e vino e vino millenari cultura del cibo, quindi... preparati a rilassarti e divertirti!

Itinerario
Ci divertiremo a cucinare la Pasta fresca da zero in un contesto unico: l'azienda vinicola a conduzione familiare della mia famiglia del 17° secolo, situata nei vigneti di Frascati (a soli 24 minuti di treno da Roma!). Ci godremo anche un tour guidato del vino del nostro vigneto e della nostra fattoria (una sorta di museo del vino ora, nessuna vinificazione moderna lì) e faremo una degustazione di vini del nostro nr. 3 Vini di famiglia, insieme al pranzo che includerà le varietà di pasta preparate da voi, i gustosi antipasti e i dolci locali! Ci incontreremo alla stazione di Frascati e andremo al casale della mia famiglia (a soli 5 minuti di macchina) alla scoperta di un posto speciale.. Io e il mio team di famiglia, composto anche da un pro Chef, vi insegneremo a preparare nr.2 delle ricette di pasta tradizionali, tra cui i “Ravioli” e le “Fettuccine”, oltre ad alcuni dei segreti della tradizione culinaria locale! Ti fornirò anche le nostre ricette di Pasta! Al termine dell'esperienza vi accompagneremo nuovamente alla stazione di Frascati, per tornare alla stazione di Roma Termini!

A nice and cozy pasta and wine day treatment. Nice nice people. Good atmosphere. Really recommended to do something different on holiday.
Yesterday was my favorite day in "Rome". The city of Rome is a noisy, congested, overwhelming City. But right outside of Rome in the countryside of Frascati, it's beautiful, relaxing, and friendly. The wine flowed, we made pasta like Nonna used to make, we walked the vineyard, shared stories, sang, and laughed a lot. It was like being with family with complete strangers. It was a beautiful day. I highly recommend this adventure.
Host was great just make sure the pizza making portion is available before you book, ended with live music. Vineyard is 10 acres and has a beautiful intimate feel
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We took a day trip into Frascati from Roma. We were picked up right on time and taken to the vineyard. The pasta making class was amazing. Then we got to experience the family made wine with a special visit from one of the family members that explained history of the house and how the winery dates back 9 generations. Our guide NICO was amazing! Very knowledgeable and welcoming. If you ever get the opportunity to do this experience it is well worth it and request NICO as your guide, you won’t regret it. Cheers!
What a wonderful experience, one of the best parts of our Rome, Italy vacation. The Minardi Winery was in the beautiful hills of the Frascati Region. We toured the vineyards and the winery and took a Master Pizza-making class. It was like a Sunday family dinner. The people were warm and funny and welcoming. Awesome food, incredible wine and a sunny afternoon in an amazing place|! The wine we ordered to be shipped home arrived in short-time, too. Grazcie!!!

They cancelled soon after I booked and I am still waiting for my refund. I don't know why they cancelled nor was I given an alternative tour option.

We had an awesome time at the winery! The pizza making was incredible, the wines were amazing, and the hosts were fun and knowledgeable.
Fantastic day spent making pasta and drinking wine! Easy 30 minutes train from Rome to Frascati. Book directly with Minardi winery and they will pick you up from the Frascati station. Great way to enjoy a slower pace after the frenzy of touring Rome.

This was one of the best parts of our trip to Rome. I’d booked as part of a surprise for my partner 50th birthday and it didn’t disappoint. From the minute we were collected from the station (easy journey and great instructions) and warmly welcomed by Nicolo and Alfredo, to being dropped back on Frascati Centre, we were treated to an excellent pizza making masterclass, followed by some lovely wine tasting. The team are warm, welcoming and so knowledgeable on the wine and their home town & surrounding area. The pizza and lunch we were served was one of the best I had whilst on our break. This was an all round lovely experience and I would recommend this tour 100%.
