A unique experience with a special teacher who represents traditional Genoese cuisine in her beautiful eighteenth-century home. Together, we will make the famous focaccia Genoese and La Margherita pizza, and enjoy it all with fresh Prosecco.

What a delightful way to spend an afternoon in Genoa in a charming home with lovely hosts making delicious focaccia and Pizza. It was a warm welcoming environment that felt like cooking and sharing a meal with friends. The focaccia was amazing, not even close to anything I have eaten at home. And the instruction was simple, easy and fun. I would definitely recommend this as a must do activity while in Genoa.

I had a great experience with Tiziana; she welcomed me in her apartment near the center of Genoa, and we immediately started preparing pesto. She is a very patient and diligent teacher, she showed me exactly how to do it. In the end we had a beautiful pesto. I hope to return the next time I am in Genoa. Thank you!
