Le Mura di Pisa sono le antiche mura cittadine di Pisa, costruite nel XII secolo per proteggere la città. Estendendosi per circa 7 chilometri, offrono un'esclusiva passerella sopraelevata con viste panoramiche sui monumenti storici di Pisa, tra cui l'iconica Torre Pendente.
La Torre pendente di Pisa è una meraviglia architettonica famosa in tutto il mondo, nota per la sua inclinazione involontaria. Completata nel XIV secolo, questa torre campanaria indipendente fa parte della Cattedrale di Pisa. Alta 56 metri, la sua iconica inclinazione è dovuta al terreno instabile delle fondamenta.
La Cattedrale di Pisa, nota anche come Duomo di Pisa, è uno straordinario esempio di architettura romanica. Costruita nell'XI secolo, presenta un'intricata facciata in marmo, grandi archi e porte in bronzo. Situata in Piazza dei Miracoli, fa parte del patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO di Pisa, insieme alla Torre Pendente e al Battistero.
Il Battistero di San Giovanni a Pisa è il più grande battistero d'Italia, rinomato per la sua elegante architettura romanica e gotica. Completato nel XIV secolo, si trova in Piazza dei Miracoli vicino alla Cattedrale e alla Torre Pendente. La sua cupola unica crea un'acustica notevole e l'interno presenta una splendida fonte battesimale in marmo e un pulpito di Nicola Pisano.
Il Camposanto Monumentale, o Cimitero Monumentale, di Pisa è un luogo di sepoltura sereno e storico situato in Piazza dei Miracoli. Costruito nel XIII secolo, presenta un chiostro gotico pieno di tombe ornate e antichi sarcofagi romani. Le sue pareti erano un tempo adornate da rinomati affreschi, alcuni dei quali sono ancora visibili oggi.
Ci sono ancora alcune fermate lungo il percorso, ma le terremo a sorpresa per rendere la tua esperienza ancora più speciale.

Excellent walking tour. Monica was a very good guide
One of the best tours I've ever had. I've travelled the world and had many different tours and this was one of my favourites. The guide was engaging and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. You could tell she was local to the area and had lived there for a while too, which really makes a difference. Fascinating site with so much history attached to it.

Great guide attended us, very didactic. Excellent visit and explanation about the history of the city and the famous inclined tower.
Our guide Alice was good, but worked out of a folder for most of the tour, compared to similar tours we've been on, this was expensive for what it was. It definitely doesn't need 1.5 hours to walk around the square and learn the history. Was nice to learn historical pointers but could've easily been done within an hour.

This was an excellent tour of the square in Pisa. Our guide, Alice, was so enthusiastic about her city and gave us a lot of interesting information. She also recommended local dishes to try. The tour lasted 2 hours and the time went very quickly.
For us this tour was perfect for the amount of time we wanted to spend in the Piazza dei Miracoli. Our guide Fanny talked about all the buildings in the piazza and also included general info about Pisa and its history.
Wonderful guided tour with guide Alice, very entertaining and entertaining, also for our children (14 years and 16 years). It brings history to life and you learn so much about the cathedral and its surroundings that you see it through different eyes afterwards. Clear recommendation, absolutely worth it!
After this beautiful trip through Italy, Pisa is one of my favorite cities, not only for its leaning tower, but also for its history and cuisine. This tour is the perfect activity to truly get to know Pisa.
A lovely tour to learn about the city's history and not just take a nice photo home. Highly recommended for couples because the place is very romantic. I'll come back someday!
