- Il tragitto dura circa 35 minuti. Si sale a piedi e ci sono 251 gradini.
- La visita non è consigliata a persone con problemi cardiovascolari e muscolari.
- Il piano è irregolare e scivoloso
- La guida attenderà al punto d'incontro non più di 5', poi il tour avrà inizio. Se sei in ritardo puoi provare a chiamare la guida e raggiungere il gruppo all'ingresso della Torre Pendente.

While our tour guide was knowledgeable, the tour was both in English and Italian. This was disappointing and feel like only got value for half the time I paid for. Could not ask questions and our guide seemed to favor speaking more with the Italians in the group. At the end, felt disappointed. When I signed up for the tour, there was nothing said that it was to be in multiple languages.

If there are not enough passengers requesting the same language, the tour could be bilingual.” Regarding your impression that the guide spoke more in Italian — if you don’t speak the language, please rest assured that the guide provided the same information in both languages. Italian often requires more words to express the same concepts, which can make it sound longer, even when the content is identical. Of course, we all have to see the Tower - but in my opinion the Basilica steals the show. Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Our guide Eloise successfully navigated our small group through the mobs getting their shots holding up the tower, while giving us a lot of great information. She was very kind and incredibly knowledgeable. If you're going to visit Pisa, I think you will be disappointed in your visit if you don't invest in a guided tour, a great guide like Eloise adds so much to the experience.

You actually received all the time and attention than what you paid for, so we were surprised to see a 3-star rating. Very informative and interesting. Great photo opportunities. Surprisingly climbing down the tower was more frightening than going up.

I highly recommend you take the time to come and see this marvel. As I rounded the corner the only thing I could think of was WOW. The structure is unbelievable. It literally makes quite an impression on you and takes your breath away!!
