We were 15 minutes late… and they would not let us in. We did notify you to say we would be late. Due to a flight. It was very embarrassing. And we got no help from you - only ask at the gate.

Even that I had a ticket and was there on time, they didn't let me in, because above qr code the entry time was 10:45, and I ordered ticket for 11:00

Everything worked out easily. With the ticket, you can also use the restrooms as well as the lockers for free.

Time was changed just like that. Price on ticket was lower than I paid

That you have to cover your shoulders if the top is too low-cut, that you have to leave your bag (handbag, backpack) in a locker for the visit to the Tower

We never found the tour guide, directions on meeting point not cleared! We just went in by ourselves!

Reservation was super easy for this fantastic tour! The citizens of Pisa make this a great place to visit. The process is quick and the restrooms are very clean. The tower was nice and fascinating with how worn the stairs were inside. 😊 exciting experience. The cathedral was very nice and incredibly nice to see how it was decorated with cuts and fine colors.
