Very efficient pick up by Tauseef after midnight last night. We were sent a video with clear instructions and just followed it to meet our driver. Tauseef’s car was very clean and he pointed out many interesting sites along the way. He also very generously shared his WiFi data with us as we had not accessed our esims at that stage. Very happy to recommend Tauseef as a driver.
No one pick us up . I have to find another way to get to my hotel.. I at for a full refund . I call Viator in I told the company about I'm nobody pick us up. I send a picture of us at the airport Dubai airport

Did not enjoy, I was expecting someone in uniform with a name plate waiting on us, but after we arrived we had to wait. And my vehicle was not a luxury vehicle like the advertising picture.
My sister and I never found rep for company or anyone holding our name. I am a wanderlust meaning I am mo rookie to traveling and finding my way through airports. The company rep continue to say we weren't there even though we were there far before the hour max waiting time. We requested refund and was denied. We paid $126 for no ride.
Our driver was great. We got a little twisted around with the hotel location, but we found the right one eventually..
