- Tube Slide: i ciclisti singoli utilizzano tubi singoli (45,5-136 kg). I ciclisti doppi utilizzano tubi più leggeri nella parte anteriore (45,5-182 kg).
- Un'infermiera è disponibile in loco durante l'orario di apertura.
- Nei rari casi in cui fossimo costretti ad annullare un tour, ti informeremo in anticipo e ti proporremo una data diversa, un tour alternativo o un rimborso completo.

Firstly, my kids really enjoyed the water park. There was no queues, the staff were all friendly and there were plenty of life guards. Things to know in advance, pre book your tickets for a better rate, don't pay the, on the door price. I have been to many waterparks all over the world, so what came next was a bit of a surprise. Your towels will be confiscated on check in. You cannot bring your own, they want you to hire theirs. You cannot bring your own food and drink in, not even bottled water. If you want to use a locker you need to hire one. So the extra charges made it a bad start for me! But the kids enjoyed themselves!

Great water park. The boys enjoyed themselves. It was much smaller than I anticipated but at least it was not over crowded so that was a plus. First, you are not allowed to bring your own towels into the park. They search your bag at the little security desk places your personal towels inside a locker and hands them back to you once you exit. However, you are then charged for towels once you enter the park. I was confused by this. Why take my towels only to have me pay to use yours?? The food spot was clean with lots of seating. Food was good.
