When discussing the itinerary before the trip, they are considerate and communicative, and will give you the best suggestions. Everything during the itinerary went smoothly and the service was good. Even if you need to add additional itineraries, you can always ask the customer service for your needs. I will still choose OnBird's services next time.

We used Onbird transport services to take us to Starfish Beach. We were transported by their lovely driver who guided us to go exactly to where we were to keen to find starfish. Sy the driver was great, helpful and responsive to our needs. We had a great day, it was a real ‘bucket list’ experience seeing hundreds of starfish in their natural habitat. The beach was lovely and we had some fresh juices there. Thanks Onbird! We’d highly recommend your services to anyone!
The company provided very good service.The driver Mr.Hieu was on time and he’s a very sweet fellow always with a smiling face.Onbird company made arrangements for airport transfers as well as arranging tickets for the cable car,Grand World,Vinpearl Safari and Vin wonders that too at a discounted rate.They made all necessary arrangements and made our holiday plans go smoothly.Highly recommend them for all your travel needs in Phu Quoc
I travelled to Phu Quoc island not knowing what to expect ,enlisted the help of Onbird tour company to help me plan exploring the islands, local knowledge is useful. From the onset ,Thien collaborated with me personally at the hotel regarding my detailed itenary and costing ,he speaks good English ,what a relief .He was affable ,polite ,and well informed and gave me a very clear picture of what and what not to expect. We settled on a group of islands departing frm AN THOI harbour ,and ended the trip at Fingernail island with an amazing seafood spread, check out my pictures.
