Al nostro workshop sul caffè Sunset Town, i partecipanti si immergeranno nelle ricche tradizioni della cultura del caffè vietnamita. L’esperienza inizia con un’introduzione alle origini e alle caratteristiche uniche dei chicchi di caffè vietnamiti, dalla robusta all’araba, e al loro ruolo nelle tradizioni locali. Gli ospiti potranno poi imparare e praticare metodi di preparazione iconici, come il tradizionale filtro *phin*, creare caffè all'uovo cremoso e indulgente e sperimentare la latte art. Guidati da istruttori esperti, i partecipanti avranno la possibilità di assaggiare diversi stili di caffè, comprendere i profili di sapore e perfezionare le loro tecniche di preparazione. Infine, realizzeranno la loro creazione di caffè personalizzata da gustare, rendendola un'esperienza memorabile sia per gli appassionati di caffè che per coloro che sono semplicemente curiosi di questa bevanda amata. Perfetto per tutte le età, il nostro laboratorio di cacao Phu Quoc offre divertimento pratico con la produzione di birra, la produzione di bevande al cacao cremose e degustazioni: un'esperienza coinvolgente per tutta la famiglia!

A great learning experience was had by all—even for the non-coffee enthusiasts. The class was engaging, informative, and thoughtfully presented. It offered a deeper appreciation for the process, craftsmanship, and nuances behind Vietnamese coffees, while also encouraging curiosity and discussion. Overall, it was an enjoyable and enriching experience For us all!
Fun session that served us very well, on a wet day, as an education on Vietnamese coffee making. We all felt a bit sick after trying all 6 coffees as they are all (except for the black coffee) very sweet …. But you don’t need to drink them all!!
What an incredible coffee workshop! The vibrant atmosphere and passionate instructor blew me away, sharing fascinating coffee insights. Hands-on brewing was pure magic—pour-over perfection! Wish it was longer, but it’s a must-do for coffee lovers.
I was not familiar with Vietnamese coffee before the experience but it was amazing and fun to learn how to make different types of coffee. Claire was a great teacher and I was entertained throughout the entire time being there! I would highly recommend to any other tourists travelling to Hanoi.
GREAT EXPERIENCE — for a big group of 11, combining both coffee fans and not so much, we had such a great, engaging time with our teacher/guide Claire from Gao Cafe. We had so much fun and the coffee was delicious.
It was a great experience and definitely must do activity when you visit Hanoi. Look for Claire! She’s a good instructor and she’s very knowledgeable about their coffee products.
I had high expectations for the workshop as a coffee lover, but the addition of the fun instructor, Claire, made the workshop even more memorable! My cousins and I learned a lot, and we had a great time! Would definitely recommend.
