Offerta a tempo limitato, prezzo più basso in Arizona! Benvenuti a un'esperienza di volo per principianti in un biplano da addestramento dalla Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Sarete esposti a volare in un biplano con cabina di pilotaggio aperta sulle montagne McDowall. Il biplano Stearman è stato utilizzato 80 anni fa per insegnare ai cadetti dell'aviazione della seconda guerra mondiale, quindi imparerai in un autentico pezzo di storia. Ci sono solo 2 posti nell'aereo, uno per te e uno per me. Inizieremo con un'ispezione pre-volo seguita da una spiegazione delle radio e dei comandi. Possiamo volare lisci e livellati, oppure possiamo aggiungere qualche manovra più energica per chi desidera un’esperienza più emozionante. Sarai invitato a prendere i controlli come parte dell'esperienza. Dall'avvio del motore al ritorno ci vorranno circa 30 minuti anche se l'intera esperienza dura circa 1,5 ore. Questa è un'esperienza unica in cui sarete esposti allo stesso tipo di allenamento che la "Greatest Generation" ha fatto durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale. È come viaggiare indietro nel tempo di quasi 80 anni

What an incredible experience! Craig was an outstanding host from start to finish. I booked this open-cockpit Stearman biplane flight as a special experience for my wife, and she absolutely loved every minute of it! The flight on April 17th was thrilling yet smooth and safe. Sitting in the classic WWII-era Stearman with the wind rushing by gave her a real sense of adventure and freedom in the air. Craig (Donald Craig Judd) is a fantastic pilot—professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the aircraft. He made her feel completely comfortable and safe the whole time. She came back with a huge smile and said it was one of the most memorable experiences she’s ever had. This is a unique and exciting way to see the world from above. Every penny was worth it! I would highly recommend this flight to anyone looking for something special, whether as a gift or a personal adventure. You won’t regret it.
It was a really cool experience to get to ride in a Steerman over Phoenix! The instructor is super nice and the flight is really fun! He lets you take controls for a little bit and do some maneuvers if you’re comfortable, but you can just ride along too if that’s what you want. I had a great time and I would definitely recommend!!
This was a gift from my daughter as a "bucket list" experience and it did not disappoint. Craig did a great job explaining the history and the technology of the times before the flight. I was allowed to take controls briefly to get the "feel" of the airplane. What a treat!
