L'orario di partenza è 05:00 o 06:00 am Da qualsiasi punto di Amman attraverso l'autostrada del deserto ci vogliono 3 ore per guidare a sud verso la città rosa rossa Nabatea Petra. Petra è considerata come una delle 7 meraviglie del mondo, È un patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO dal 1985, i suoi 230 chilometri di distanza da Amman che è stato scolpito nella pietra più di 2000 anni fa al fine di dominare le rotte commerciali dell'antica Arabia. Visita le sue città, dannati e canali d'acqua e goditi una passeggiata lungo lo stretto Siq, un sentiero che è l'ingresso principale alla città, Vedrai anche altri monumenti come Il Monastero e l'Altare del Sacrificio. 09:00 arrivo Visitor Center a Petra e acquistare un biglietto a meno che non si dispone di un Jordan Pass, si può solo mostrare la carta su cui è stampato o per telefono per prendere il codice a barre. Alle 12:00 ci dirigiamo verso il Mar Morto lungo la strada secondaria Namalel Road che richiede 3 ore di guida, fermati per un servizio fotografico panoramico attraverso le alte montagne giù verso la strada Wadi Arabah che inizia dopo 40 km. Lungo la strada ci sono una serie di posti interessanti, la grotta del profeta Lot, il museo del punto più basso della terra. All'inizio del Mar Morto, è prevista una sosta di 5-10 minuti per un servizio fotografico ai coralli di sale del Mar Morto. 15:00 Arrivo all'hotel resort del Mar Morto e utilizzo di quanto segue: strutture/spiaggia/piscine/fanghi del Mar Morto/acqua fredda/pranzo a buffet libero, incluso cibo vegetariano. Goditi il Mar Morto e nuota per due o tre ore, finisci intorno alle 18:00, dirigiti ad Amman, un'ora di guida e rientro nello stesso punto di raccolta. 19:00 Arrivo alla città di Amman

Exceeded my expectations. Raed the driver was very safe, friendly and knowledgeable; Isam the guide was very informative and easy to get along with. Gave good recommendations on best way to get around. Got there early, so missed the crowds. So glad I went the private way and not a bus with many people. Petra was every bit as impressive as I had imagined. Had a good lunch, then a dip and body mud experience in the Red Sea via the Crown Plaza resort. The day was of good length. Got to fit everything in without things dragging along. I was limited with time so this gave me a real sense of the ancient lands with the time I had.
Asmar was an excellent guide throughout our time in Jordan. He went above and beyond by sharing useful information, insights, and context along the way, which really added value to the trip. He was professional, punctual, and very attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. He also made sure we were comfortable at all times, providing plenty of beverages during the long days, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. During the trips to Petra, the Dead Sea, Amman city, and Mount Nebo, his knowledge and willingness to explain things clearly made the journey much more enjoyable and informative. He was always helpful, patient, and ready to answer any questions. I highly recommend Asmar to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable driver who truly cares about making the experience better for his guests.
We had an amazing experience today on our Petra and Dead Sea tour with Asmar as our driver and guide. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole day enjoyable from start to finish. Asmar went above and beyond by providing plenty of drinks throughout the trip, which was especially appreciated given the long day and warm weather. He also took the time to show us additional sites along the way and shared interesting history and insights that really enriched the experience. His knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail made this tour truly memorable. We highly recommend Asmar to anyone looking for a great guide and a comfortable, enjoyable journey.

The driver Maen Daher was always on time, very polite and helpful. We had a great one day tour full of experiences - Petra donkey riding, Dead Sea floating and a great lunch included. Strongly recommended
We visited the Dead Sea, and it was incredibly cool! The trip was perfectly organized. Our driver, Asmar, met us at the hotel, took us to the currency exchange office, explained the country along the way, and answered our questions. The Dead Sea, swimming in it, and the mud mineral baths—all of this will be a lifetime experience! At the end of the tour, we were quickly driven back to the hotel! Everything was top-notch!
Was picked up by Munir (Muneer Jarrar) he made the whole trip perfect. I was running late from Petra and he was still able to get me to all my other locations on time. Had an amazing time and was a pleasure to be driven by Munir so funny and great facts. Was safe driver and so super thoughtful. Was a pleasure to send the day with him and felt very safe and taken care of
Amazing, too much to see at once. Wish I had more time. Was breath taking and a bucket list must. I was amazed and also so grateful to be able to see such wonders.
We did this one day tour which allowed about 3 hours or so in Petra and a resort hotel on the Dead Sea. It was a great day. We did get an additional tour guide in Petra suggested by our guide/driver Maen. It worked out quite well and worth the extra cost when you have come so far to experience Petra. Maen was a fine driver, fine guide and answered our many questions giving us more understanding of Jordan traditionally and today. I think this is a very good way to see these must-dos in Jordan, if you are staying in Amman. Neither place had many tourists which is a shame as they are geared up for many more. I don't think January is a bad time at all to visit Petra.
Read was very friendly and helpful. The Dead Sea resort was very nice with good food. The driver gave us very good tips to navigate our way through Petra.
