Per uso privato: tour monumentale di Toledo

DO NOT USE - LEFT ME STRANDED WITH MY WHOLE FAMILY AND DID NOT TRIED TO HELP ME I hired this company to do a tour for us in Toledo at the Alcazar and they leave me and my kids completely stranded. I called twice to inform that I was going to be just 5 minutes late to the beginning of the tour and I was greeted by a very aggressive man on the phone and he didn’t care. He did not tried to help us, neither to contact the tour operator to wait for us, instead I was lectured about how it is possible for me to be late for a tour (I was in a taxi in the middle of the traffic) and was told to go and try to find the tour operator myself. I could not find the tour operator, which ruined completely the visit. I sent a message, and it went unanswered again. They just don’t care. My low review for this company arises for the fact of the terrible customer service and lack of interest when I needed help during my vacation. Instead of trying to help me, I was treated with aggressiveness and disdain. For anybody that wants to buy tours at the Alcazar, there are free tours and others that you can pay for a much lower fee that go from Plaza Almodóvar to the Alcazar, try that instead is paying lot of euros to abusive companies like this one.

It promised a kit more. The entrance with the ruins is magnificent but the interior do not. Some very interesting rooms vit not more that that. The inner atrium and the outside views are the top of the visit The military museum is way To big.

If you are a military history buff this is the one attraction you must go to in Toledo, in fact in Spain! A modern building sympathetically created within and around the historical Alcazar and housing several collections this is excellently curated. Housed over several floors all aspects of Spain's glorious and not so glorious military past is presented here via the traditional arms and armours, paintings, dressed mannequins, models battle flags and audio visual displays. Our tour was 90 minutes and then we spent another couple of hours but I could have spent the whole day there and if I am ever back in this area I'll be arriving when the doors open and leaving when then throw me out!

Jesus fue fenomenal! Y lo mejor que tuve un visita guiada personal y todos los detalles que compartió conmigo fueron de lo mejor. No se diga que el lugar tiene tanta historia fascinante y fue algo impactante. Gracias, Jesus! Jesus was phenomenal! And what was even better was that I had a personal tour and all the details he shared were the best. Not to mention the place in itself contains so much fascinating history and artifacts, it was amazing. Thank you, Jesus!
