I had an absolutely wonderful masterclass with Llama. The information was detailed and interesting without being too technical, and each of the tasting samples showcased different flavours and syles of whiskey. Llama was friendly and funny, I’d highly recommend this experience for anyone with an interest in Whiskey or to have a ‘different’ experience in Penang.
My wife and I had and an amazing time not just tasting, but learning how to taste, and test whiskeys that we will carry forward with us the rest of our lives. I couldn’t recommend this experience more.

This is a fantastic whisky tasting. Tan is so knowledgeable and made the experience so fun. We are from Scotland and love our whisky - but we still learned something! We had a welcome cocktail, 6 drams, and received a great goody bag! But most of all we had a fabulous time. Highly recommend!

Best whisky tasting I ever had after many boring marketing events Learnt how to actually nosing and tasting the whisky properly and how to differentiate authentic and fake whisky Owner is very knowledgeable and willing to share his passion and knowledge, will come back soon to learn more and try more whisky
A fantastic experience hosted by enthusiastic Tam. I know little about whiskey, despite living so close to Scotland but decided to do this tasting. Great set up above a bar. Tam is a great host and easy to warm too Whiskey is not very big in Malaysia yet and this is a hobby Tam has developed, he was very passionate about the subject . The event started with a cocktail of your choice, we opted for old fashioned, one bourbon one rye. Both very good despite Tam explaining he is no barman We had a presentation, taking through the stages of making whiskey. We were taught how to taste. We then tasted 6 different whiskey's as Tan talked through them , giving us the odd test question which we failed at every time - laughing. We ended with an additional dram of our choice and a small tote gift bag with a coaster and a blindfold ( one of the tastings was blindfolded) All in all a great evening, if you are new to whiskey and want a couple of hours of good fun get this booked.
