Poor communication between museum and 3rd party ticket seller.

We had a printout from Viator with a bar code. The ticket was not recognized by the Guggenheim. I call and got a QR code. Also didn’t work. The ticket person at the museum said this is NOT a new issue. We had to buy a new ticket! The exhibition was great but we were out 65 euros. B

Astonished with the personal peggy collection

The collection for the museum by peggy, was so amazingly interesting, to kill your time best you can experience these museum, Noon time is generally busy, recommend early morning,

Bad experience

Again, our tickets were not accepted. Again, went to a café to get wifi trying to get additional information. They said NEVER book thru Viator. We would have been so much better off just going directly to museums to get tickets. We lost money on both museums!

Guggenheim Great! Viator is not the Easiest.

The museum is great! Viator not so much. I couldn’t get the audio guide to work. The gallery itself is beautiful, set in a peaceful garden. You will see Kandinsky and Dali and Ernst and many other works by famous artists.

Viator failed on this one and would not take responsibility

The museum is terrific. The problem: Viator did NOT provide the tickets properly. The museum would not accept them. We had to buy tickets and the audio guide at the museum. Viator WOULD NOT refund us for their mistake. We provided proof of purchase for the museum tickets at the same time Viator was supposed to have provided them. Customer service simply sent the same email repeatedly saying they don’t take responsibility. We have successfully used Viator before. This is a huge breakdown in their process and disappointment in their ability to rectify an error:

Terrible experience

We followed instructions on website and never received the tickets. I touched send tickets many times and never got them. We showed the voucher info at the museum and they refused entry as this was not an actual ticket. I frankly think I should be refunded my money. I have booked many times with Trip Advisor and never had an experience like this.

Peggy’s Gallery

The art gallery was amazing! Much more art than expected. Beautiful waterfront property & views were spectacular! Definitely worth a visit!
