Vivrai un esperienza unica e autentica nella nostra Villa situata sulle colline Fiorentine e circondata dalla campagna con una bellissima vista su Firenze. sarò felice di insegnarti i segreti delle ricette che i miei nonni mi hanno tramandato con amore. Prepareremo insieme due tipi di PASTA FATTA IN CASA : le Tagliatelle e i Ravioli Poi cucineremo le POLPETTE di carne al pomodoro e in fine ti mostrerò come si prepara un buon GELATO casalingo “affogato al caffè” moka o con frutta fresca. Mangerai il cibo preparato nella terrazza della villa circondata dalla natura e berremo insieme ottimi VINI Toscani ( bollicine , bianco e rosso biologico ). La bellissima VISTA sulla città di Firenze renderà questa esperienza unica e irripetibile. Sarà bello raccontarti un po’ della storia della mia famiglia e dei miei nonni mostrandoti il libro dei ricordi . Utilizziamo prodotti territoriali di alta qualità, molti biologici. accogliamo piccoli gruppi per rendere l'esperienza più intima e familiare.

Luoghi e orari di ritiro
verremo a prenderti con la nostra auto in Viale Europa 126 a Firenze e ti porteremo fino alla nostra Villa sulle colline Fiorentine in circa 10 minuti di tragitto. Puoi raggiungere il punto di prelievo con un taxi o utilizzando i mezzi pubblici. Gli autobus che dal centro storico arrivano fino al punto di prelievo sono :31, 32, 23B, 351A, 365A. (puoi utilizzare google maps per trovare il mezzo pubblico più vicino alla tua posizione di partenza).

A unique experience in a beautiful place; Guya and Valentina are very kind and pleasant, making us feel comfortable and making the activity seem easy: I loved the process of making the dough for the tagliatelle and ravioli, the meatball recipe, the gelato, and the beautiful views. We shared with other participants who were also friendly. Thank you both very much for everything. Highly recommended experience.
Wonderful evening at a hillside Villa overlooking Florence & a welcome quiet evening sharing stories, laughs & wine while making pasta with scenic views along with a sunset that can’t be beat. Would recommend this experience to anyone to enrich a trip to Florence 🇮🇹❤️🇮🇹.
This experience with Guya and Valentina in the gorgeous Italian home overlooking Florence was the best experience we had in Florence. The warmth, relaxed instruction along with excellent food and wine combined with storytelling and laughter made us feel like we were with our own family in Italy. The thoughtful departing gifts made this even more special. Choose this class over the many other options for cooking classes in Florence, and you will be pleased.

It truly is difficult to put into words how incredible this experience was. From the welcomed pickup to the family stories and helping all of us create a delicious meal - we will talk about this for a long time. My wife and I have always dreamed of coming to the hills of Tuscany, so to be welcomed with such love was truly a dream come true. Guya and Matteo made us feel like family. We shared laughs, hugs, and cheers, or "salute" as they say here, which were all very meaningful moments to us. Fantastic and truly authentic experience, one of the highlights of my trip! Guya welcomed us warmly into her real family home, a beautiful villa set in the hills, surrounded by countryside and olive trees, with an amazing view over the city of Florence. We prepared ravioli, tagliatelle, and meatballs together, and everything was absolutely delicious. I felt completely at ease in such a cozy and genuine atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic experience!
Guya and Matteo welcomed us to a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We came to a nice country house just outside Florence. The view of the city and surrounding mountains is amazing. After enjoying tea, you get to learn pasta making and a meatball recipe as it is passed through generations in the family. As we enjoy the food, wine, music and great conversations, it truly feels you have been invited to a friend’s house to enjoy the evening. A one-of-a-kind experience—we will remember Guya and Matteo’s warm hospitality for many years to come.
