An unforgettable highlight of our trip to Naples! Alex was an exceptional host and teacher—warm, patient, and full of passion for authentic Italian cooking. He guided us step-by-step through making fresh pasta and the most delicious, fluffy tiramisu from scratch, making every technique feel approachable and fun. The atmosphere was welcoming, the ingredients were fresh, and enjoying the meal we cooked together at the end was pure perfection. If you are in Naples, Alex’s workshop is an absolute must-do!

This company, the Naples Bay Cooking Lab, is extremely well organized and made the class an extremely fun and delicious experience. Chef Alex is a fantastic chef and instructor and also a great host. He gave instructions and hands on coaching to ensure everyone had success. We then ate all the food we made, and it was outstanding! I'll definitely take another class with them!

Fantastic experiance cooking Pizza and Tiramisu with Lucas. Our family, There were 11 of us aged 9 to 63 on this trip, we got a taxi there and walked back from a cruise ship. The guide Lucas was incredibly knowledgeable, fun and patient. After spending two hours preparing and coookinj our pizza and tiramisu we got to sit down and eat it. Wow amazing !

We were there with our 3 children (15, 13 & 10) to experience something nice on a rainy day. We all had a lot of fun! The chef showed us the preparation of the pasta with sauce and the tiramisu very nicely and clearly. When we are back in Naples, we will definitely take another class!
